We've been to many establishments, but this one beats them all! Despite all the difficulties, they try to run the hotel at 50%, giving 1000%. Congratulations!!! But if that weren't enough, they earn 1000 points with the pool!! The lifeguard is an attraction, even if you go alone, it's like a storyteller!! Just give him the information ☺️.. The pool looks like his home, every leaf removed, memories of birds? Delete 😉 The perfect water is like Sardinia! Thank you very much for everything, I recommend, and I'm coming back!

Confusing experience for family visit
Someone called the room in the middle of the night for a few times so I am still confused as I was feeling it is a bit too much to answer the hotel phone after the midnight.
Location - don’t be sidetracked even located 100 meters from the beach but it is next to military facilities and industrial precinct so no luck to enjoy the beach!
30 min drive from historical Salerno which was very disappointing for us, train every 30 min, no service after 10 pm!
Breakfast was average, variety of hot food, serials and fruits.
Also, I slept with my window open and it has a strong burning odour. I woke up at night as it smells like fire. Not ideal for people with asthma. Not sure if one-off occasion. My room was facing the rubbish dump.
Would most likely not travel again and not recommend for families as it is most likely designed for business travel.
Pool was not available for a very strange reason, the reception said the weather is too warm but pool is not excess-able, assuming saving money on maintenance. I cannot justify the reason why the guest cannot use the facility.
Reception staff was helpful and friendly.

The rooms were good but the breakfast was below average from other Novotel chains or even other 3-star hotels. Also the location is far from Salerno city and if you don’t have your own vehicle this hotel is not for you.

The bedroom was good. The location wasn't great, but it was convenient for getting to the highway.

The staff is incredibly accommodating and helpful. I stayed for the access to the hospital nearby, and each member of the team I interacted with through the trip was excellent. Beautiful location and nice amenities also

I was very disappointed by my stay at this hotel. The staff are clearly unprofessional, which spoils the experience from the moment you arrive. There are a lot of restrictions (for example, a member of reception came to tell me that it was forbidden to eat peanuts on the chairs downstairs...) which gives an impression of rigidity rather than comfort. In addition, the rooms are far from clean, which is unacceptable for an establishment of this type. As far as value for money is concerned, it is completely unjustified: the services offered do not correspond at all to the price paid. I would not recommend this hotel

Great stay at Novotel Salerno!
Very clean hotel with a delicious breakfast and perfect location near the sea. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful — we had a small issue with the window, and the maintenance technician fixed it immediately. Only minor downsides: cleaning is between 12–1 PM and the pool is a bit small. Highly recommended!

Asian face, Chinese passport, and you gave me the first room on the second floor by the elevator? That girl at the front desk is quite interesting. The parking lot is empty, so the rooms should be proportionally occupied. With so many empty rooms, why did you give me room 201? Very interesting.
Actually, the other staff were quite nice, but that girl at the front desk was the odd one out. I think you get what I mean.
The hotel is a bit far away; I didn't research the location carefully before booking. If you're taking a bus to the train station, you'll find more black and white drivers. You'll have to decide for yourself.
