This is a quaint hotel. We needed to arrive late and hadn't received instructions on how to get in. Fortunately we had a friend with us who speaks Italian. We were eventually able to get into the building, which was next door to the hotel with the sign. The beds were decently comfortable. There is not anything nearby. No other businesses anywhere within walking distance.

Very nice small affordable hotel very close to all the activities!
Very nice service,
Clean room and private bathroom.
They even got me to check in early when I arrive so early and needed to sleep.

This property is in a semi rural area far away from Bologna attractions. While the staff were very nice, I believes listed as a four star property when it was actually a two star. I would only recommend considering this if you have a car and are willing to drive a significant distance into town.

Bologna during the Fair period is impracticable .... Search and search for you to avoid going to sleep in Anzola or worse in Castel San Pietro, the choice falls on this economic and simple structure. What to say about a small family-run hotel, without a lift, on three floors? Room quite dated but clean, small bathroom and to take a shower everything got wet, in short good night and good rest. Breakfast in the morning crowded under the stairs .... maybe then I'll go to the bar ... To the payment they add 9 euros of tourist tax for two people ... pricey for a night of rest in Bologna

This was a convenient hotel for a late arriving flight when setting off from Bologna the following day, or for staying the night before an early flight. It is a short journey by car from the airport. The staff are very friendly. The room we were given was basic. It was clean. The bed was very hard and did not provide a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was clean, and the water hot, which for a one night stay was really all we needed. The common passage ways of the hotel were not as clean as the rooms. In fact, they felt quite dirty. For this reason we were put off having breakfast, although when we had a quick look at the breakfast room it did look cleaner than the common passageways. It felt somewhat overpriced, but it was clean and the water was hot.

We were guests of the structure on the occasion of the Springsteen concert in Ferrara and we had a great welcome. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Excellent parking possibilities. Simple breakfast, but plentiful and with choice. Rooms a little dated, but very clean and with comfortable beds. Surely when the opportunity arises we will return.

It was a warm stay, the staff is very kind and friendly, they give you information about the city and help you. The rooms are always very clean, the breakfast is very rich.
I totally recommend it and would go again.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been. Every person that rent a room there has a breakfast which is delicious included in the price. There is air conditioning in every room, it’s not great but it works and help a lot. The closest bus station is around 700 meters from the hotel, not that bad. The owner and service are very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back here. 😎
