Hotel Del Borgo in Bologna

Well located property with very friendly staff and very convenient parking.

The room/bathroom fixtures are not commercial quality. Upon arrival, the bathroom door handle came off. Maintenance used and aftermarket bolt to hold it and other fixtures together.
The bed headboard was just a plain wood screwed to the wall and painted. There are many other low quality items around.
The bed and room were clean. Front desk personnel was friendly and helpful.

Wish they would enforce their parking lot better. As 1 guest parked so ridiculous and blocked me that I almost couldn't get out to leave for the airport on time.

This multi level hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. We had a top floor room which has an accessible window to the balcony. The room also had a switch on the wall which controlled an actuator to open the skylight for ventilation. There were led strip lights behind the beds near the headrest area but we didn't see any switch to activate.

Free wi-fi! The stairwell coming up to the top floor has an auto off light. It was pitch black when exiting the elevator. Feeling around on the wall, I flipped the switch on and climbed the wide steps to the room.

The bathroom is vast and very clean. Water is hot and the breakfast (separate fee) is good with variety.

Beds are comfortable and clean with plenty of blankets available.

We ordered delivery to the room with all of the room information. We received two calls, as non native speakers, the front desk attendant didn't respond when I picked up the phone. My friend went down the stairs and the elevator to get to the front desk. The female attendant started yelling at her immediately. The order also matched the name to the room. Very unprofessional regardless. The rest of the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Currently there is road construction in front of the hotel which made it more complicated to find the entry for parking. There are several parking spots (handicap available) through a gate that is always open according to the female front desk attendant.

There is an adjustable stopper in the sink. The handle is on the back of the sink which moves up and down. Close this when not in use as it reduces the smell from the drain.

Located a short walk from the Ducati factory and museum. This is a lovely little hotel. Beautifully decorated. All of the staff were so nice and helpful and polite. The breakfast was so much more than expected and the coffee delicious! Highly recommend this place.

Strategic location in the immediate vicinity of DUCATI, clean rooms and very spacious bathroom near the shopping center.

Excellent service. Very comfortable rooms amazing help from the staff. If you're staying in Bologna I would highly recommend.
