It is a very good family hotel with some decades of history. Many, families, young people visiting for touristic and work reasons. It is at a safe location. The location is also good for public transportation to the bologna centrale from where you can go to the airport or other cities. Close to the old city. Try its rooftop. Cannot complain. Reasonably priced and hardworking staff. Just be nice to these hardworking people :)

The positioning of the hotel is a good one and this is the key point for choosing it. In addition, the included breakfast, even though it's not diversified, it's good to start the day.
The pictures posted on booking don't match the reality. The room which I received was not like in the room pictures attached to my reservation on Booking. It looked pretty cheap, not properly cleaned and old. In addition, I arrived in a summer night. It was good if the room temperature was prepared in advanced. I felt like in a sauna when I entered. It has AC but it takes some time to reduce the room temperature.

Not sure why some of the other reviews for this hotel have been harsh but for the price it is really very good, a nice 3 star hotel, nicely decorated inside, nice rooms, quality furnishings and bedding for the price, excellent location. Really couldn’t complain about anything during my stay here and would stay again if I’m back in Bologna

+ Good experience staying overall. We had a nice room with a balcony, perfect to enjoy breakfasts:) Plenty of nice cafés around, very good location, only 30-35 min walking distance from the central station.
- The receptionists were not always accessible late at night. We also had some trouble getting help with ordering a taxi, for this reason we risked missing our connection and flight. Luckily we made it in time. We asked to book a taxi on the night before, but was told by the recsption to ask for it in the morning instead. The following morning, we were told there was no taxi available. We advice you to have a plan B ready, such as taking a bus or walking.

Mixed bag of nuts
Make sure they don’t give you the room that’s literally in the parking lot, then tack on €20 for parking in the world’s smallest parking lot and another undisclosed 40 for bringing your girlfriend. Great Breakfast tho.

Very pleasant, nice staff, very convenient location, cheap and cheerful, perfect for a couple of days if you want somewhere cheap. The room was a bit dirty loads of stray hairs everywhere but apart from that very nice

The staff was very friendly and the location was good. The room and especially the bathroom were quite large.
