The location was excellent. It was located about a block from the train station and walking distance to city center and the historic sites/shopping district. The room was extremely clean and modern. The host was friendly and extremely helpful. We will stay there again the next time we visit Bologna.

Super clean place with great hospitality. The host, Giovanni, is very nice and has a warm welcoming attitude. The location is excellent just a short walking distance to the train and bus stations. I felt safe, like at home, and could sleep peacefully at night.

Nice room,clean and smells so good,it’s so near the station, mr.Giovanni gives us a warm welcome and we were surprise that inside our room there is a refrigerator and a coffee maker machine, toilet is clean too,,it’s a walking distance (good exercise in the morning)to the city center and we have breakfast down at the bar, which are so kind and help us where to buy souvenirs I’m sure to recommend this place and I wish to come back again someday and stay wt BNB CENTRALE Grazie mille sig.Giovanni di Luca

Disappointed
It was difficult finding the apt. It’s said to be a hotel, but is more of an apt. Apparently from Oct - May Bologna doesn’t allow air conditioning to be used, at least that is what the owner/manager said, however it was still warm outside and this is a downtown unit on a busy street, busy all night. To much sound to sleep. The unit was very clean, but couldn’t sleep at all.

VERY clean room with bathroom in the hall which was also very clean. Coffee and brioche in the little store first level. Espresso machine and fridge in room. Proprietor helped secure a taxi to the train station and recommended this over a train--he was no doubt correct about this. 20' beautiful walk to the famous piazzas and churches. Would stay here again.

Great location, close to the train station and the center. Clean and quiet. Nice water pressure and hot shower, coffee machine in the room. Worked really well for me and no surprises.

Wonderful place to stay in Bologna. It’s really close to the train station and the city center. I had a large piece of luggage that was hard to drag around the city so being close to the station really made my trip logistics better. I was able to easily take a train to Modena, which again saved me lots of time on logistics. My walk from the station to the b&b was smooth and under 5 mins. The place is very clean, quiet and the shower is great - usually I struggle with the level of heat and pressure but this time it scored. Definitely recommend!

Owner was very friendly and helpful. Only 1 block from the train station. Rooms were very clean and updated. Only complaint is that the bed was very uncomfortable but I understand that new beds are coming. I highly recommend this place.
