Your 80's horror movie is back, in a state of a
This hotel. Old, non functional facilities. AC? Haha, just makes odd noises. Fan on the ceiling? Hope it doesn't fall off. Receptionist? Clearly wants to quit but can't. Go there only of there is a absolutely no other choice, and then be prepared for the night of your life...

Thats right, i did try to cancel my booking. AFTER I GOT INSIDE THE ROOM.Guess what, even booking could not get a hold of your hotel! hahaha.
it was a 3 weeks trip, didnt cancel a single reservation, but your hotel did stand out. starting from the reception, who is empty all the time (saw that on other reviews also), to the reception guy, who never even said "hello", or tried to be nice. going to the rooms, with old, dated furniture, cheap mattresses, non functional AC, and a fan that could wake up the dead.
so yeah, focus on improvement and being at the front desk instead of trying to defend yourself online.

Just returned from an eight-day vacation. The hotel was top-notch in every way. The rooms were simple but equipped with every comfort, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Special mention goes to the excellent, flavorful, and authentic cuisine: we enjoyed fish for both lunch and dinner every day.

The hotel is practically on the seafront, yet adjacent to the main street for shopping and evening strolls. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are excellent buffets with delicious dishes. You can choose from four first courses and four second courses; I enjoyed the Romagna-style buffet dinner. All drinks are included in the price, even coffee. The wait staff was very friendly. The room was quite spacious, even equipped with slippers, a bathrobe, and beach towels. The total cost included a beach umbrella and two lounge chairs at Bagno Roma. Parking in the blue-lined parking lot, facing the sea, was included in the price. Highly recommended hotel, with truly advantageous prices. I hope to return soon!!!

This is my second year at the Venere Hotel, and we're completely satisfied. The rooms are spotless and clean. They're a little dated, but they have everything you need. The restaurant is more than adequate; the food is delicious, especially when you choose the Apulian and Romagna-style dinners. The staff is very attentive to their guests' needs and extremely friendly. I think the location is one of the best, facing the sea and just a short walk into the town center.

The facility is very nice. The very comfortable and welcoming rooms, as well as the common areas (eg dining room). Manager Filippo is number one. Very nice and very attentive to our needs. The food is very good and the buffet served (causa covid) is well stocked. It is already the second year that we return and we would never leave!

Hotel 2 steps from the sea .. Courteous and kind staff .. the owner helpful and attentive .. Excellent cuisineaa sett. From 27 / to 1/8 !!

In the middle of June the air conditioner does not work. And the response of the hotelier and owner offers us FANS! CHANGE YOUR JOB. Assistance and way to manage the bad service. AVOID IT.
