Polite and friendly staff penalized by a management that is not very attentive and expert in customer care. Large but dated rooms with hardly usable and functional furnishings. The cleaning of the rooms was the biggest flaw, in a week of stay I had to ask me to change the sheets after 4 days and it was the only change made, including towels! They never swept the balcony. I took half board. Poor and not very varied breakfast. Fairly good dinner but not well taken care of and scarce portions. the dining room staff was super, attentive to everyone's needs, competent, friendly and kind. Overall if you want to spend the right good value for money.
Not bad hotel at first glance, spacious room (triple) and clean, however dated. In fact, the door did not remain closed unless the key was inserted.

We stayed just one day on Saturday 6 August, zero services, little courtesy typical of people who know very little about hospitality, we asked for bikes, they looked at us as if we had asked for a spaceship, which of course they didn't have. The room was never ready, we didn't say anything, but we felt like intruders while we were waiting. Dated hotel I would say old, sufficient restaurant without infamy and without praise. Breakfast with different choices, but the quality of products and food is low, all focused on saving.
Near sea , clean room, but parking is allways full , no mather if You pay for the parking place , who is the first parking is own. Wi-fi only in lobby, but on the site says , Wi-fi its in all over the hotel rooms . Food is correct but some meal is garbage . Total score on the booking com is 8.2 , my opinion is 6.5 . And for the end , little stuff know english ....it is a nightmare for tourists.

A very nice and clean hotel.
The location is fantastic. All rooms have sea views.
The breakfast is varied and delicious.
The pool is very clean and well-maintained. Rooms are cleaned daily, and towels and sheets are changed. The rooms are a little small but enough.

made a last minute booking for my son and I to stay at this hotel for the weekend as we are in italy travelling around. Specifically booked a twin room which they accepted but when we got there it was a double. To say the manager could not give a damn would be a massive understatement. Had to ask for extra bedding as they just couldnt or wouldn't come up with any solution to the problem. Then the one morning I was downstairs working early and asked if I could get a coffee at 7:45 to be told that breakfast is from 8 - fair enough I can wait 15 minutes within the next 5 minutes loads of people sat at their tables eating breakfast seemingly the 8 am embargo only applied to me 😂

A great location with beautiful sea view, in the middle of the hustle and bustle of life but in a quiet location. The hotel is kept clean at all times and the staff work in a coordinated and well organized system. They are friendly and treat even the most problematic guests with patience and dedication. Service is fast and accurate. The cuisine is excellent, quality and plentiful. All services are excellent, the beach is tidy and clean. Thanks to all the hotel staff for their hard work and smiles.

What a scam ! Please read my review and aviod this hotel if you can.
We have paid for 2 days all inclusive option.
On arrival they have advised us,that we need to decide the meals straight away.
6 choices and you can choose max 2 options plus one desert.
We didn’t like the menu at all,plus when have asked for a coffee for a dinner,they said the coffee is extra.
On all inclusive vacation…
We wanted to leave first night,they have advised us,that we cannot as we would loose all the money.
Hotel has advised us,that we can contact the booking and we can change the all inclusive option to bed and breakfast.
So we did.
The receptionist has asked for our bank details,so they will send our money back,but of course they have not.
Booking is asking us to contact the property,but the property is not responding…
Please,if you want to go for a nice vacation,book something else,not this hotel…

Hotel very well maintained and is right on the beach. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great! Pool perfect! We like to come back again and again!
