I am waiting for a refund for an overnight PAID TWICE at the Hotel IN in Cesenatico (from the same Emotion Hotel group) from 17 June:
THEY DON'T ANSWER to emails, on the phone there is never the person who takes care of the administration, they 'bounce' me with other numbers of the Emotion group, without ever having a result.
They say to leave the number they call back but NEVER CALL BACK.
Absurd behavior.
Even though it will cost me more than letting it go, I'm about to go to a credit recovery lawyer.
