I travel a lot, both for business and leisure, but the level of service and friendliness I experienced at Hotel Orologio was truly outstanding. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful — honestly, unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. From the cheerful “good mornings” to their constant willingness to assist with any question or request, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. I felt genuinely welcome as a guest.

The hotel itself is conveniently located close to the city center, and with my bike, I could reach the historic old town in just five minutes.

For my purpose of spending a week working remotely from Ferrara, the hotel was simply perfect.

A big thank-you again to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

The hotel is set close to center of Ferrara and everything is easily reachable. The location is also very quiet and easy to reach and there's plenty of free parking spots around the hotel, which makes it super easy if you come by car. The staff is beautiful and they are available 24/7 to help with everything you might need. Rooms are really spacious and we had one with a beautiful terrace. The hotel is well kept and very clean, which I find as most important. The breakfast is really enjoyable and there's plenty to choose from. All in all, everything perfect, recommended!

I have been travelling to Florence since a very long time for business, I stayed in some nice hotels during all that year but the best for me is Hotel Orologio. The location is just perfect, in the center of Florence. This concept hotel is very well decorated with the idea of Clocks: Watches. From lobby to interiors of the rooms, everything is designed accordingly. Even the bathrooms in the rooms reflects the clocks. Beautiful hotel. I love it. The rooms, service, staff..Everything is just very good. The breakfast at the hotel is tasty and they have a very wide selection of food. I definitely suggest you all to stay at that hotel during your visit in the city

Clean basic hotel 15-20 minutes walking away from the center. Parking around the hotel is free.Breakfast is simple but has all the options.

What a gem.
First impressions!
The uncommonly warm
Smile as we walked in the door.
Our Italian is poor.
Yet with a few grunts smiles and gesticulations, we walked to our friendly room.

Everyone smiled!

The room
Cute quaint.
The bathroom was in beautiful green tile.
The beds cozy.

We missed the breakfast that came with by a good. 30 minute.
Yet the gentleman.
(And in using that word very specifically ) tidying up the dining
Area made sure we got some cafe( or 4) tea and two croissants.

All with a smile.

The gent who Checked us out was equally full smiles.

The staff had us wishing we were favorite cousins immediately.

What a beautiful experience.
Absolutely memorable!!!

Perfect hotel if you want to visit Ferrara and you have car. Free parking place for car, nice room, quiet place, not far from the center of the city.
Good relation price/quality.
The employees are very friendly.
I will booknagain next time I visit Ferrara.
