Very cozy place where you always feel at home. The host is simply wonderful. Spacious and clean rooms with everything you need.

I was already a guest last year for two weeks in a very large double room with balcony. I asked for a kettle for first morning coffee but the place is bed only. Excellent room services. Very kind and helpful host. For this reason I returned. Street parking available without payment. Very quiet area. Parma center not too close so it's better to have a car.

Clean and tidy place, not particularly cheap but welcoming and clean. Unfortunately breakfast is not available. I stayed there more than once, on one occasion I stayed for 2 nights and I had to make my own bed and given the price it was an unpleasant surprise. Otherwise the rooms are pleasant, welcoming and clean. For those arriving by car, parking is on the street and I have never had difficulty finding a space.
