Basically we are satisfied their service as excellent, but the hotel building no elevator to be a problem with surch as older age people.
If the booking time is explained, we might make a better choice to avoid every day up down walking.

Shower and sink were blocked..water flowed slowly. Parking in front for residents only. I had to park 6 minutes from the hotel. 26 minutes from Rio maggiore.

1. The sound insulation is poor, and the movement in the corridor can be heard clearly.
2. The Wi-Fi signal in the house is poor, and I can’t connect even when I walk to the toilet.
3. Poor lighting.
It’s the first time I’ve seen a hotel where I have to check out at 4.9:30am.

Convenient La Spezia Stay
The place is conveniently located near the train station and a laundry mat. The room was very clean and confortable and has a small fridge with drinks included. Not luxurious but definitely comfortable. Guisy, the manager, is beyond lovely and helpful. Twenty minute walk to harbor.
