La Chambre Milano in Milan

After showing up to the hotel to check in. I asked where the private parking was that I was informed about. The front desk guy informed me there isn’t private parking only public parking. After talking to the manager of the hotel to cancel my booking cause she lied about the parking. She agreed that to cancel without issue. Find out 2 days later she once again lied and charged my card full amount and I didn’t even stay there. Now trying to get my refund through where I did my booking and contacting her to refund me. Still on going battle. She lies and very rude. There are better hotels around that area that have proper service with customers for exact or better pricing than la chambre milan hotel.

Spending a lot of money to stay in the worst hotel with poor environment, poor security, and filth. The leader said that this hotel has been blacklisted.
