Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service was truly awful, and it left us with a very negative impression.
The area itself felt strange and somewhat unsafe, almost with a criminal atmosphere. On the ground floor there was a very strong smell, like from a garbage dump, which was very unpleasant.
The rooms were acceptable, but the biggest problem was the staff and their terrible service. At checkout, we asked for something as small as Wi-Fi access, and instead of helping, the Italian staff member almost kicked us out, saying that since we were already checking out, we didn’t need Wi-Fi. I have never experienced such rudeness and unprofessionalism from hotel staff.
This was by far one of the worst services I have ever encountered, and I would never recommend this place.

Had a very plesant stay. There is 24hrs reception, big and clean room & shared bathroom in close proximity to Milan Central. And the cost is hostel price in Milan, booked thru their web pg. Very good deal...

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this property. Shortly after checking in, I was asked to leave in an aggressive tone just because a local friend visited briefly. The staff showed no willingness to listen or communicate politely, which made me feel very unwelcome and unsafe.
The room was also very small and old, and did not match the photos online. This place was not as described, and the behavior of the owner made me feel disrespected.
I also found that multiple other guests experienced similar problems. Please read other reviews before booking — especially if you’re an international traveler.

The room is the same as the picture. The bathroom is clean. Cute cats. Friendly staff.
