Very disappointing experience. The customer service was unfriendly, unhelpful, and showed no understanding of our situation. Rather than trying to find a fair solution, it felt like the hotel only cared about maximizing its profit.
The communication was poor, and there was absolutely no willingness to accommodate reasonable requests. As guests, we felt treated as a source of revenue rather than valued customers.
True hospitality means showing some flexibility and understanding when unexpected circumstances arise. Unfortunately, this hotel demonstrated neither. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

The hotel inside is really good, everyday room keeping, they make great cappuccino, it's clean. But the area is just so bad and sketchy, I wish they had some security at the front doors.

If you CONSIDER, because of safety issues, to let your dog pee in the hotel rather then taking him out...then you have a location issue I suppose.. Cheap, but you get what you pay for. Nice staff!

Fantastic hotel in the city center. Close to the station. Useful for work. Quiet. Not very clean. Excellent breakfast for the price.

Excellent hotel, very close to the train station (the only drawback is the wildlife that generally congregates near stations, which the hotel has no control over). Recently renovated rooms. Air conditioning is present and working. A sweet and savory breakfast awaits you. The reception staff is extremely courteous, not to be confused with obsequious. Congratulations!!!

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and fluent in English, which made my stay more convenient. The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to both the bus stop and train station. However, the bathroom was a bit of a letdown—it was quite small and lacked a proper door, which led to water spilling out and flooding the floor. Despite this, I believe the hotel offered good value for the money.

Room was small, but comfortable, not very silet though, as I could hear my neighbours watching tv (late at night and early in the morning). Staff was friendly and helpful (and indeed asked my neighbours to lower the TV volume): breakfast was ok, nothing to complain. The position is good, as you are right next to the station and close to the city centre: unfortunately the station is not in a safe area. A bike way starts right next to the hotel, so if you want to go jogging, it's fine. There are restaurants nearby (and it's full of kebab store), but two nights I had dinner in my hotel room.

Nice hotel located in NO GO zone. Rooms with windows blocked. Go elsewhere.
