Hotel Villa Mare in Riccione

Do not stay here if you want to deal with unreasonable people. There is no sense of customer service. There is no understanding, negotiating, just greed and bad vibes. Go pay the extra bit more to stay somewhere that deserves your money and will treat their customers like someone paying for a service. We couldn’t make the weekend that we booked only a day before, and instead of letting us rebook for another weekend, it was excuse after excuse. First, it was that they couldn’t accomandate a change for a June weekend, then it was actually that they couldn’t accommodate a change less than 2 days before (even though the request was validated through booking and made in less than that time), and although it would be nothing for them to just let us pick another weekend, they pocketed the money greedily. Ciao.

Do not order in this hotel!!! Very bad owner, won't cancel your stay, even though a force major like fluids of all Emilia Romagna took place. cancelling 2 days before is not enough for him. We had reserved a night for 19-20 of may. The fluids of Emilia Romagna cannot permit access to riccionne not with train,not with bus, not with car. We cancelled our reservation 2 days before arriving. Yet, the owner Luigi refused to cancel. We phoned him again in the morning of our reservation explained him we have no way to come to the
the hotel. He didn't care, he charged us
for the night and for two breakfast knowing we won't come. Before writing this comment we went to the hotel and spoke with the owner. Luigi the owner ,keep with his selfish attitude all he cares is about money.
