Hotel Viscount in Riccione

They completely canceled our reservation a week before for no reason, we were 18 people .. we had booked a month before to be safe and they told us on the phone that it was all booked just show up on July 2nd at the hotel and we would pay for everything there. But 6 days before the stay they told us that they had canceled the reservation and that they had resold all the rooms! 18 PEOPLE WE WERE, WITHOUT A PLACE TO SLEEP. in that period it is impossible to find availability 6 days before because everything is sold out, just think what a situation! Change jobs, you are a shame !!!

Bad experience ... the guys at the reception available and nice but as regards the food better to avoid, we start from the water bottles near the cap all dirty with black like the seals of the caps, the buffet with leftovers from the days before proposed and repurposed, as well as cheese. Poor kitchen dishes, right before leaving we noticed how the dessert was prepared ..... left to cool outside the kitchen while the lady on the 2nd floor cleaned the balcony ending all the dirt inside very bad experience

Bad experience, I had found the structure through booking but the overall evaluation does not reflect reality at all! Substantially old room (mine also lacking curtains), zero soundproofing, totally dilapidated bathroom, without any support base, no hairdryer and no platform that any structure offers together with towels. TV even to configure. Not to mention the cleanliness. Upon my arrival (witness the girl at the reception that I had to personally call to see the bathroom) I kindly ask for the cleaning of the toilet, visibly stained like the upper part of the drain, four layers of dirt.
The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, the room is small with a cheeky radio in the background as well as soft drinks, fruit juices and coffee, both watered down to the machines. I hope it was a "pure chance", I literally ran away after the first night. I add the rudeness and insolence in not granting a refund despite having contacted booking several times and is even in possession of the free cancellation receipt issued by the reception. At this point I think it's my right to leave at least one bad review. Photo in hand
