Residence Il Tulipano in Riccione

Location is great , we stayed twice but wont stay again. First time room was nice, loads of towels etc. Second tome staying, only 2 bath towels for 2 people staying almost 14 nights ...shocking. tables glass was cracked, needs a lot of touch ups. First time we thought maybe unlucky we booked at same time as a large group of teenagers. Happy they enjoy their stay but running up and down the hall outside our room shouting all night, slamming doors every few minutes and boombox music. We thought once off. Stayed again following year and same thing. Teens partyinf extremely loud, banging on door, screaming in hall, music on a speaker at 4am blasting, my mother went to their roomcand asked to be respectful of others, they quietened about 20 mins and back at it. Others staying there also shouted up to them to be quiet to no help. No sleep for most nights until they all passed out after 6am. Ruined our holiday sadly. Used whatsapp and email to the hotel to ask for help or them to do something about it but nothing done. A shame, we really liked the place, great location but wont go back for fear of the large parties again. We have chosen somewhere else for this year. Pity!

I arrived two days early, at 10 p.m., obviously informing Mrs. Andrea...
We entered apartment 503, a terrible stench of smoke mixed with a closed room, ants everywhere, hair on the towels, beds well made, but imagine the smell. We called the night porter, who wasn't the same one who gave us the keys. He immediately called the manager, who he said was at dinner. He provided us with new sheets and towels, asking us to throw away all the sheets that were on the beds on the balcony, as well as the towels. He explained that the manager would show up the next day to find a better situation, but that didn't happen. I had to call at 9:30 the next day, obviously to let them know that we were leaving the apartment for obvious reasons... instead of apologizing, they kept €160 for one night!
I'd also like to point out that my reservation was made through Booking.com, but the lady called the day before to get €160, asking me to cancel the reservation and that she would give me a discount. That discount turned out to be €160 for a night spent in a dirty room.

The location is excellent because it's at the beginning of Via Dante, but there must be a restaurant downstairs that blows its chimney right into the apartment windows.

A star not for the structure which is fine in itself but for the service, we called to ask for availability and if they accepted the bonus, we were told yes by telephone, then we get a quote with different dates and without the bonus count, booked all end with booking because we needed certain dates, upon arrival (which is not specified on booking) we could not have a parking space because it had to be requested, and the counter clerk did not even know how to manage the bonus, a thousand calls and then to the end having to pay everything instantly.
I work in a tour operator and they don't treat customers like that.

No compassion for errors. Very disappointing and hard to reason with.
