Hidden gem in Rimini, crowded with boring basic hotels.
You feel welcomed before you arrive and Rob and his dog are amazing hosts🙏🏼
Cozy hotel, creative as described, has everything you need for holiday or a shorter stay, bar and service as well.
Great location- away from crowds, close to the beach and just 1.6km away from the airport.
Would definitely come here again if I’m in Rimini.

We stayed a week here at the end of august. It was the perfect choice, the hotel is cozy, decoration is fancy and creative as the name says, rooms are well equipped, Roberto is super friendly and helps with everything! Don't miss the chance to drink coffee he makes ☕
The terrace is really good to chill, breakfast is rich, location is a silent street but beach is 3 mins walk, airport is 10+10 minutes with bus+walk so really close. Restaurants, cafes are everywhere.
Absolutely recommended place to stay we really liked it!

We spent a week in this hotel and I can only praise it. The location is excellent, the beach is very close and the city center is easily accessible by public transport, the stops are a few minutes walk away.

The breakfast is very varied, the rooms are clean and air conditioned.

The heart of the place is the owner, who is caring, friendly and helpful in every situation. Thank you Roberto!🫶🏻

We stayed for 3 days for the first time, we had a great welcome, the room service with kettle and mini bar that in other hotels in the area you don't even have and you pay more, very comfortable, not to mention the owner Roberto whom we thank so much very hospitable, you can see he puts his heart and soul into it, he makes you feel at home, in the morning he pampers you with his delicious breakfast..... compliments for the excellent pancakes it was a very pleasant meeting, also a greeting to Nico very cute dog, see you next time from the two sisters Marinella and Angiolina of Lake Garda.

We came in this hotel during rain - we got room NUMBER 14 - this room was not on photos of this hotel on Booking (it’s old room probably) We were bit surprised of our room, so sorry but this room is not adequate in this type of hotel What we didn’t like; - a/c is super loud and old - it’s spilling water down - a/c of neighbours in night is super loud and you can’t sleep during night because of their a/c - Fridge in our room was really old and really noisy - we were afraid of putting staff here - Window in closet room was leaking water inside the room - Parking is 500m from hotel on parking for many hotels - cars were parked in water because in back there is only grass. What we liked: - very various breakfast (Italian food breakfast) - Nice Staff - thanks for your time - thank you Rob - Lobby was incredibly nice I am so sorry for this bad review, but we were bit confused. All other rooms were nice apart of our room, so sorry

The owner is absolutely marvelous. I have not seen such a friendly person in a while. The hotel is in surf-sea-skate-hawaii style. Nicely renovated bathroom. The breakfast was continental and you are treated like a family member. If you need some traveling tips, ask the owner. Related beach is nearby, you have to buy the umbrella and sunbeds. Or you can walk to the public beach. Parking is in one of the nearby parking places around the corner. The only and very small minus - the very bright led on the tv (you have to cover it)

Two souls in my chest: The hotel is somehow witty, and also reasonably priced. The owner is simply a (lovable) original. The beds are excellent, the rooms are unconventionally furnished, the breakfast is plentiful, it's about 200 meters to the sea, and the parking lot is just around the corner. So much for the positives—and ultimately, it's perfectly adequate for one night. However, when you can lock yourself in the bathroom because the door is installed backwards and you can't get out (luckily my wife was there), and the escape routes inside the house are blocked by plants inside, and very compact seating (made from pallets) outside blocks the escape route, things look a different story.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 6 days. Roberto is an amazing host, he is caring, very nice and helpful. He talked to us a lot, about everything, it was like at home. Breakfast was good, lot of sweet options but also some salty. And always fresh fruits and veggies. The rooms were cleaned daily (fresh towels and cleared bad) and everything smelled nice, clean and fresh. The terrace is beautiful, sometimes his dog Niccky appears (she’s the cutest ) and also some stray cats, but they are very shy and scared. You really feel the creative side of the hotel name. Hotel is close to the sea and some good restaurants. I really recommend and if I have the opportunity I will definitely come back!

What to say, but that was unforgettable! Had great time, Robi (Owner) and Veronica (The Boss) are great, only thing that is great as them is their coffe in the morning :) Hotel is great, location and everything else. I would recommend it to all travelers from the world..
