A seaside residence. We stayed at the Linden Tree Residence. It has all the amenities mentioned above, including parking, which is not cheap in the city center. Daily cleaning. We had a wonderful time. And the service is efficient. We enjoyed a well-presented dinner and good food. As a courtesy to my daughter, they delivered pizza to go. A 3-euro discount for students involved in sports. See you soon. Maybe we'll try the hotel. Many others have tried it and found it very good.

Residence Lungomare did NOT deliver as advertised. What their website described as "Apartment 241 The new and luxurious TOP PRESTIGE Residence Riviera Brand new apartment, elegant and prestigious" was shabby, dated, moldy and a big disappointment. We returned immediately to the reception desk and said we paid $1,123 for three nights and wanted something that matched their advertisement. They said they were fully booked and nothing could be done. Nothing, nada, not a thing. The parking they provided was an absolute nightmare, 50 meters down a back alley with 7.5 centimeters of clearance on each side of the vehicle. I had to back up in the dark in the rain hoping not to scrape my rental car. Out the window of our shabby apartment I could look across the street at the Hotel Fantasy that featured a nice large convenient parking lot and beautiful pool. It was less expensive and had lots of seemingly happy customers for about one third the price of what we paid. An employee of Residence Lungomare told us this happens every time, customers hate the apartment and it is a total scam, bait and switch. Please save your vacation and stay somewhere else.

If you have any other options and you stay with kids - you better choose hotels around. Rooms are not as new as expected and very small, the pool is across the road, be ready to clean the bathroom from water each time you are taking the shower. Poor breakfast for children. But the best restaurant around is right at your hotel on the roof. The conditioner does its best. Housekeeping makes your life easier few times a day.

The staff were very friendly and really helpful. They couldn't do enough for us from the moment we arrived to when we left. Location was good and the rooms in the apartment were clean, if not a little cramped. Would certainly recommend both the hotel and apartments

We spent a really nice vacation in Lungomare Apart-hotel organized with all facilities: next to the beach, perfect location next to shopping and food area with lot of gluten free (senza glutine, dieta bezglutenowa) services. There is a fantastic style lobby with see view to enjoy your peacefull breakfast with really nice Staff that care in a proper way for all guests hospitality and their specific needs as example our with specific allergens! We just have not try their last floor setting-piano restaurant with fantastic rate and adriatic cost overview. I will come surely again to the same place to complete what we miss due to our bit out of season stay. Lungomare Aparthotel propose also good rate respect other hotel therefore for specific family as our: 2 adults+2kids (12 & 9) it was the best choice we could catch. I would realy recommend this ApartHotel for families and also adults that want to catch a romantic moments during vacation/holiday! Riccione is a really an old known place with modern approach and they keep this level - complimenti!!! The Lungomare hotel create our vacation unforgetable and special!!! After years of frequenting Riccione, unfortunately I notice a certain leveling down of the services offered. Will I have been unlucky? Price/quality: price of a Residence too high for its quality. Hospitality: absolutely worth seeing again. The rush in welcoming customers and an extra smile wouldn't hurt. It gets 2 dots only because the catering on the 6th floor was of good quality. I wrote the rest directly to the hotel management, in the hope that they will respond to my email.

I stayed at Residence Lungomare with my family for our summer vacation in June. The apartment was amazing and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We walked to the beach every day. We also visited San Marino which was a great experience. I highly recommend Residence Lungomare!
