Thanks so much for fitting us in. We arrived with no booking, but had friends staying in 3 different rooms and they juggled things to fit us in. The rooms are simple but modern and serviced every day. Good bathrooms and very clean. The whole team bent over backwards to accommodate us. Prices were very honest and included a typical simple Italian breakfast. We will spread the word in New Zealand, and be back in a couple of years.

Amazing service and people. The price for a night is very reasonable especially since it includes breakfast. The room was nice and spacious. Very conveniently located by the beach and tram! Very cute, very italian!

We stayed for the first time for a week in June and had a fantastic time!! It may look like a two-star hotel, but inside it's 5-star! The staff were incredibly kind and always smiling, the room was spacious with a comfortable terrace, the food was truly excellent, and what can we say about Toffy and Nadia? Two wonderful people who take care of their guests with care and leave nothing to chance! Thank you again for the relaxing week we had, and we'll definitely be back again with great pleasure!! 5 stars Superior. I stayed 5 days in this structure with my mother and I have to make my most sincere congratulations to a structure of this type. Everything perfect, from the kindness, the excellent food, the rooms, the cleanliness. Value for money, sensational. Nadia & Toffy, assisted by their daughters Veronica and Virginia, know the art of welcoming.
The convenient location is located 200 meters from the sea and less than 50 meters from the Metro.
The environment is very clean and the comfortable rooms have a private terrace.
