Hotel Tre Stelle in Rimini

terrible and dirty hotel, price too high for the things that are there... in most of the rooms there is no shower cubicle and the shower head is fixed above the toilet not allowing you to shower... the bathroom is tiny and dirty full of dust. not even the toilet paper was changed. the room smells and is unpleasant, I advise you not to go there for any reason. the foods are clearly bought at the supermarket while on the wall of the restaurant there is written "the goodness of Romagna" or similar. for the cost it is not suitable. unpleasant staff. the bunk bed was full of dust and rusty, thin and uncomfortable mattresses and few sockets, that is 2 in a room of 4. the only good thing is a mirror placed on the wall. the lasagna looked like it was vomited and the staff thought they were somehow pretending to be chefs when all the things we ate were already packaged, even if in truth they were disgusting too. for breakfast, cake that has been there for a few days (packaged), watered down cappuccino and rusks that have expired for a month or more... dirty towels and suffocating air. I would recommend shutting down this place because it is obscene. no comforts like a vase of flowers or a beautiful painting to embellish... the split is 50 years old and I didn't even have the courage to turn it on for fear of it collapsing... the bathroom light flashes... it looks like a house of horrors. they gave us a packed lunch with sandwiches that had probably been made two days before. there is nothing that represents Emilia Romagna and there is no family atmosphere in the air... it just stinks. obscene doors with plastic handles, bathroom without key. the French window keeps closing, it doesn't stay open... for dinner we (didn't) eat half raw chicken and cold, half raw potatoes. they don't even bother to hire a cleaning lady because you can see that the rooms hadn't been cleaned before our arrival... they don't even make sure to wash the cutlery well. the paper napkins seeing lime don't make everything more fantastic... they left the bottle of orange juice on the table making the environment rough. I would like to remind you that whatever the price, the room must always be clean, and what's more I didn't pay even a little, quite the opposite.
