Hotel Crystal in Rimini

I confidently rate 3 on a ten-point scale, of course, in the three-star hotel sector, since it would simply not be correct to compare different hotel levels.
In general, the rooms and location of the hotel are not the worst, but I will focus on the disadvantages, in the absence of which, one could recommend this hotel as a budget family option.
First of all, I am outraged that there is false information on the hotel's website.:
1. It is indicated that there is a private pool, but in fact it is a pool in a nearby hotel, on the opposite side of the street;
2. It is indicated that there is a restaurant, but in reality there is none, but there is a dining room in which only breakfasts are organized.;
3. The breakfast menu is always minimal and monotonous (completely different from the photos posted on the website), only omelets and fried sausages are always hot (there are always few of them and you have to wait for a new portion to arrive), sliced cheese and ham, there are some vegetables and fruits.
Only one of the two coffee machines was working, so I had to stand in line for 15-20 minutes to get myself a coffee. There is no tea at all!!!
4. For dinner, you need to go to another restaurant, on the next street around the corner, since (as already mentioned) there is no restaurant of your own.
5. Stable Wi-Fi is available only on the ground floor and slightly worse on the second floor, where the administrative rooms and the dining room are located. There is no Wi-Fi on the second and next residential floors!
6. According to the regulations, linen should be changed only once every four days, but they don't even do that. I had to ask for a change of towels and bed linen.
7. You can say no to parking, there are only five places, of which two are occupied by their own employees.
8. Well, the most surprising and unpleasant thing is, unlike his subordinates, the director of otol (at least that's what the employees called him) turned out to be a very unwelcoming and arrogant person who communicated with visitors too unfriendly, not even bothering to answer the question asked.

Because of all that I have written, I do not want to choose this hotel for the second time, given that its prices were not the lowest from the list of three-star hotels in Rimini.

Not recomend.Very unplesent service,food is poor and not good.The rooms are dirti and broken wc.The housekeeping loos it my Tshirt in loundry.Very disapointed.

Generally, the hotel is clean, the meals are quite good, the pool is well-kept, but the staff does not understand English. In addition, there is no internet in the rooms, only at the reception..

Our room was not exactly clean, recovering a game of the child under the bed we found dust and two receipts ... not ours.

We know that children do not eat everything and you have to go by trial and error and I do not find it correct to make the food you take "weigh" since I spent almost 50 euros a day for the child ...
