Hotel Berenice is a humble three star hotel but there’s nothing humble about the quality of service, the hospitality, the cleanliness and the kindness of Isabella and her staff. I’d highly recommend it to anyone traveling on a budget.
The room, although small, very very clean (congratulations to the lady who takes care of cleaning as I have rarely found hotels so clean), equipped with air conditioning, a bathroom complete with everything you need.
The breakfast stocked with everything you might want to eat in the morning, both sweet and savory food.
Only sore points:
- the mattresses of the beds were very hard, very uncomfortable, so we slept really badly, we woke up every day with back pain. They were so hard that sleeping on the sides was impossible.
- the room was not equipped with a mini fridge, which I thought was the default given the 3 stars of the hotel, so unfortunately we only drank water at room temperature for the duration of the holiday.
I definitely recommend and I will come.
