Hotel Eureka in Rimini

We are two young guys who were just looking for a place to sleep and wash as we would spend most of the time out of the room, but honestly we expected something more, starting from the staff, let's say that we also expected a better welcome here , namely the fact that we were greeted very rarely, we asked one afternoon when it was raining if we could stop for dinner even though we only had breakfast included, and obviously after dinner we would have paid, but we were denied; we have been blamed for the numerous cigarettes on the terrace below our room, since the balconies are devoid of ashtrays; but on our arrival they were already present along with other filth, and we from the first evening rushed to buy one; let's say we expected a better welcome and kindness. speaking of the food, for what little we tasted having only breakfast available, it was good. speaking of the room, upon our arrival it was clean, air conditioning working very well, a nice balcony also equipped with a drying rack, a large wardrobe and a comfortable bed; unfortunately the bathroom was quite small, without a plug and a hairdryer; and to finish the cleaning during the week it was enough, apart from the fact that the floor was not always clean and the bathroom carpet was never changed ... it is not bad but at certain prices in that area you could certainly find better and that it also includes the remaining meals, but to spend a week and have a safe place to stay, it's good.

My review has disappeared, years ago I was in this hotel and I remember it as the worst stay I experienced in Romagna.
Small rooms, listless service if you asked for an extra towel was a problem, if you asked for an extra piece of bread it was a problem.
The kitchen always left tomato to be desired, tomato everywhere. Appetizer only courgettes and aubergines.
The feeling is that of abandonment and of being in a context surrounded by improvised staff when instead of potential there would be so much also because the owner is kind.
