We had a fantastic stay! The staff were excellent – always friendly, helpful, and smiling, which made us feel truly welcome. The hotel is pet-friendly, and to our delight, we even received a lovely gift for our furry friend. The location is great, just a short walk from the beach, and the overall vibe is retro-chic, which adds a unique charm to the experience. Highly recommended

The location was close to the beach, they had private parking ( not exactly on the hotel grounds, but 2-3 minutes walk away from the hotel). The rooms had an air-conditioning which was working properly. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bathroom as well ( talking about the standard double room ). The breakfast was ok, not great, not bad. The lady from the reception was nice and spoke english pretty well. The room could use some some improvements! ( foor detalis look in the review I wrote to you throw email questions you sent me)

Excellent hotel, Sisi and Diego at recepción were very helpful and kind. Room with and excellent bathroon and great locación close to the Beach. This is our second time at this hotel. Be will surely repeat this option.

When we first arrived at the hotel having just come from Venice, I was a little alarmed. The hotel is on the third floor of a large building. The lift is the double door cage sort. On arriving at reception we checked in with a lovely but quiet man who escorted us to our room on the first floor! Not going to lie, I had Hammer House of Horror vibes! I could not have been more wrong. The room was immaculate and was cleaned every day of our stay. The breakfast served by the sweetest couple was delicious. My omelette (scrambled eggs) cooked by the lovely lady were excellent! The hotel is close to the station, around the corner from the leather market and food hall. Overall just loved this place. A great find. If I ever find myself in Florence would definitely stay here again. Thank you lovely hosts, you have a fantastic hotel.

What the hotel doesn't offer, it makes up for in the quality of the staff. A big bravo!

I was staying here for the one night and I liked this place. Staff is always available, Hotel is not new but very comfortable, close to the sea side and not far away from city center. Air conditioner works very well, the bed is comfortable, room is clean, there is everything needed. Breakfast is rich, eggs, wurstels, muesli, fruits, brioches, many cakes.
