Hotel Stella Polare in Rimini

Excellent customer service and genuinely friendly staff made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of options, and the location is great. The rooms were decent and functional.

I really liked the hotel: the sea is across the street, there are rooms with sea views. A good breakfast included. Very clean, cleaned every day. Upon check-in, we were offered a room with a sea view for free. The reception always helped with all questions, the staff was very helpful. For full board, lunch and dinner are provided at the beautiful fish restaurant on the shore, where you can take whatever you want. It's very tasty, huge portions, the freshest fish and seafood. Also, a 5-minute walk from the hotel is the Spark chain store, where inexpensive alcohol (there is even bottled sparkling wine), groceries. The hotel itself is located on a busy shopping street with many restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. 2 minutes from the hotel there is a trolleybus that takes you to the center and the train station (2 stops) and to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel! And a good price. I was on vacation with my child in September 2024. We were given a room with a large double bed and a single bed.

A very good price-quality ratio. Basic but clean rooms, very helpful and important staff in Rimini, paid but safe parking space. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the beach alley. Very good breakfast.

Do not be put off by the negative reviews and the slightly unsightly bits of peeling plaster at the front of the building. This hotel is a great cheap hotel, staff are lovely especially Serene. This is more like a 4 star hotel and pool . Great location, even the older parts of the hotel where we stayed, are now bright and clean. We are a family of 5 adults and were treated like 5 star guests by reception team, waiters and lifeguard. Highly recommended

First room we asked to be changed. There is and old side and a renew one. Small hotel, quite old. I understood there is a new team so lloks lime things getting better. I give 4 starts due the polite attitude of the staff. 5 stars when all hotel change face.

We change the room for an apartment. The apartment is large, it has a small kitchen, a large bathroom and two rooms each one with TV. The staff is very friendly and wants to help. We want to see some places and they gave us info about where and when and what bus or train. There are spaces for children and also a swimming pool. Not very large, but good enough to spend some hours in the afternoon. We received info about how to see the delfinarium, but the old one near the big wheel is closed. That was not such a big problem, because we saw th Olttemare, and my son loves the dolphins, and we had a really great time. The breakfast is very tasty and Italian style, omlette is very good, and the food is diverse each morning. Good coffee. There is a restaurant very close to the hotel, and they also have very good food with good prices. The hotel has a programme that offers you tickets for sunbeds and umbrellas, and the beach is very well organised and clean.
