Front desk staff during the day was kind but too busy as she was the only one working to do all duties of reception including making espressos for guests . I had a very big issue she could not help me with because she was too busy making espressos etc for a group of guests . My issue went unresolved which was very unprofessional I feel of the hotel but not really her fault as she was so busy. I also felt uncomfortable that housekeeping barged into my room without knocking and 20 minutes before I made it very clear I did not want housekeeping . She clearly understood me as she gave me towels and toiletries .

I was so sick during my staff here but the staff brought me hot water, extra blankets and told me where to get medicine. The staff here were incredible.

Due to a flight cancellation, I was unable to go to Italy, and although I requested a cancellation under the cancellation policy, I was told that it was not covered by the cancellation policy. I was unable to go to Italy, and the hotel fee was not refunded, leaving me with only painful memories. It's a shame as I wanted to stay there again the next time I go.

The staff was great! They were pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable about Rimini and nearby locations. They gave great restaurant recommendations as well. Don’t miss the breakfast buffet. They have a fu buffet and they let you take 3 items with you. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch from it.

Lovely little hotel on the beach- has a very popular restaurant below- nice clean, comfortable rooms and staff who will go the extra mile (they retrieved my daughter’s t-shirt when it had blown off the balcony) Would recommend if you’re visiting Rimini
