You deserve 5 stars because it satisfied us in everything. Room, bathroom and towels, all spotless. Breakfast with a wide choice. Excellent location, also excellent affiliated restaurants, bike service and the affiliated bathroom. And most importantly, the staff and owner are exceptional for their friendliness and helpfulness. A huge thanks to Fabrizio, Cesare and Carolina.

Simple rooms, very functional and spotless.
Good breakfast and exceptional room cleaning service.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The structure is very clean, welcoming, with very well kept common areas.
Located in Bellariva, a stone's throw from the beach and with many commercial activities nearby.
