I read a lot of negative reviews and I decided to go anyway! It was a good experience everything was good the staff was gentle and so kind especially the blonde girl who do the service she’s so kind ♥️the food was so rich , the room everyday was clean … I’ve just one thing that I didn’t like the room was a little bit old if they change this it will be the best hotel in Rivazzura. Thank you for everything ♥️

Right next to the beach 🏖️ lovely hotel , staff are great. I want to thank Settiniano at the reception, great customer service.

They do have a private car park which cost around 20€ a day.

Really enjoyed my stay here with my family
Pet friendly, nice breakfast buffet, beachfront and nice surroundings. Also the pool is great for amateur swimmers :)

For that price you generally don't even get a hostel, so this is very good value. It has a pool and the rooms are clean. Mine had a balcony as well.

We were a bit concerned about so many negative opinions, but we were very positively surprised on the spot. Even before the arrival, the e-mail contact with the hotel was very efficient and pleasant. Courtesy of the service on the first day we were able to pick up the room well before check-in time. The room itself may be small, no wardrobe (there were hangers for clothes), but clean, well-kept and comfortable. Bathroom not very modern, but adequate for a holiday stay. The whole place is very cozy, very clean, pleasant and beautiful. Fantastic pool. You can rent bicycles for free. Upon arrival, we had to pay extra for air conditioning, but we were prepared for it, because we asked by e-mail and received reliable information. Tasty breakfasts, the only thing we can complain about is the lack of vegetables, salads, etc. The service deserves the biggest praise - from cafeteria, the bar, the cleaning ladies and reception - always smiling, very polite, helpful, simply great! There are many 3 star properties nearby but we would definitely return to this hotel. Thank you very much for the amazing stay!

Never again!
Cleaning up they don't know what it means,
We arrived that the room was not clean, with dust everywhere and throughout the stay it was not cleaned, maybe once.
What you see from the site is quite different from live.
We stayed for 6 days (we couldn't wait to leave) on half board and in 6 days they changed our table position 4 times.

Let's start with the assumption that I can't give less than one star because Google doesn't allow it.
Arrived the first day at the hotel immediately welcome not the top but vabbeh.
Very nice rooms on the site where they look large and spacious but rest assured that this is not the case. We went wrong and we got a very small room for three people and a dog, besides all DIRTY DIRTY full of dust which for a person like me allergic to dust is suicide.
To make up for the dirt we had to clean the room ourselves.
Food is another point, terrible dishes to eat and waiters of an unimaginable slowness
When asked for a slightly more spacious room change, we were told that they would try to see what they could do.
Well spoilers nobody showed up anymore.
The owner is just a rude who thinks only of his earnings and not the good of his customers.
I end up saying that more than staying more time in that hotel, my family and I left earlier.
Vacation to forget I strongly advise against booking this hotel
