Hotels on first line in Rimini

The hotel is in a central position a 10 minutes walks from the train station and airport. The hotel is directly by the beach. We were looking for an affordable solution for our journey and we opted for the B&B rates

This was not a problem for us because we planned our days mostly at the beach or outdoor and the hotel provided an affordable, clean accommodation with access to central amenities and the sea

The Hotel was very good, the best was the Spot because the Walk to the Beach just took 2 Minutes

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Giannini 1 near the airport. The location was very convenient, but what impressed me the most was the incredible view from my room—it truly helped me relax and clear my mind

Clean room, good breakfast with fresh vegetables and fruits, excellent location on the beach .

The area is full of restaurants and shops. If required the hotel can provide you with a discounted vouchers for a specific local restaurant that serve lunch&dinner. The room was clean and mattresses were very comfy

Nice hotel Very nice hotel, but services very overpriced - 95 € for one day with two sunbeds at their beach.

Very central hotel, professional staff and 5-star services as breakfast, the spa, the bar, the restaurant and the beach are those of the Grand Hotel which is a stone's throw away. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, with guests from the former USSR speak Russian. Rooftop pool is good. The cuisine is typical Italian, great selection of seafood.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Service was excellent, as is the location.

The staff where wonderful, breakfast buffet detightful, and the location brilliant. This facility does not offer the elegancy I've come to except from Waldorf

And no coffee in the room! You can get tea but bring your own coffee if you want a cup to wake up with. The stay was meant to be the opulent end to our honeymoon. Sadly it fell short in regards to the accomidations

Handy for beach and restaurants Nice suite. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Pool facilities were disappointing - a reflection of the season winding down in mid September.

Great location, very well managed, clean hotel with decent sized suites. We stayed in a Rio suite with a balcony overlooking the beach

Carlo at reception was fantastic, looked after us very well, even recommended a couple of restaurants which we really enjoyed. We dealt directly with the hotel and recommend you do the same for best rates

I also had the luck of spending a few nights in the Studio 360 Penthouse room, and let me tell you - it was INCREDIBLE. Breakfast was also delicious, and the beach was perfect

Excellent hotel with beautiful rooms, delicious food and really exemplary staff. We were attending a conference and everything was well organised and the breakfast and lunches were amazing

The hotel was beautiful and clean with easy parking located in a gated area. Our sparsely decorated room had 2 balconies with one overlooking the beach, which is a short walking distance from the hotel.

To earn a higher rating, the WiFi could have been better, it is intermittent in the rooms, the air con seemed to be turned off at times and not as cool as we would have liked in the height of season and it would be good if tea/coffee could be available in the rooms

The hotel sits near to the sea front as do most of the hotels in Rimini. A good welcome in a good clean hotel and even cleaner bedroom

A very nice hotel. Big rooms, good service, the people there are very friendly. The breakfast is the best. You will understand it when you see it. Specially the cappuccino .

But what really made the difference, as always, was the friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism, which are measured in the details: timely and effective communication during booking, a bed made exactly as requested, use of beach towels, and indoor parking extended for a few hours after checkout to allow us to enjoy the beach without a care in the world

This was a nice stay in a clean room with a sea view. Shower was small but more than adequate. Pool, easy beach access, gym and spa available. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed an evening at the spa and it was beyond my expectations! The staff is super professional and the place is beautiful and well kept. You can enjoy hot tubs, a steam room, sauna, a salt room and pools

I have to mention the best place for pizza is Pizza Corner located back from the main street. A one man and his pizza oven set up he prides himself on creating the best flavours with fresh produce

We have just returned from 10 days with le rose suite in Rimini. The care and quality of this hotel is perfect. The staff take pride in keeping the place clean and tidy and are very helpful

I highly recommend it for the courtesy of the staff and the very central location. Rimini in spring offers truly beautiful moments with less crowds.

It’s really comfortable, and beyond that, it's close to many good restaurants. Moreover, the staff are positive and kind.

The hotel is in a fantastic central location right on the beach with great views. Plenty of facilities in the immediate area, including a large supermarket. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and adequately equipped

The location is perfect if you like the beach. But: as of September 23rd they stopped A/C so if you wanted fresh air you could open the bay window. Internet was not stable, particularly in the bedroom

Very nice hotel, very quiet rooms, comfy bed and great hosts not on the seafront but only around 100 yds away, disabled friendly, we have an electric wheelchair, there is an outside lift to reception and lifts to floors, all flat, dog friendly as well, balcony a bonus

Most comfortable unit ! Had everything within reach. Even a washing machine and clothes rack Andrea was fabulous. Helped us book our car rental and was very patient. The entire staff was excellent.

Rimini residence Great 3 star hotel with the added benefit of a kitchenette. Location is just a 3 minute walk from the prom. Convenient to shops and restaurants but no sea view. Then again the cost is very reasonable

This hotel was a cheap paradise after backpacking Europe. Air conditioning, free continental breakfast, a working elevator. 5 minute walk from the beach. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Stayed in superior room with my wife for a week. Service is great, the attitude is very warm, the owner is ready to meet all guests' requests. The meal is wonderful, the room was clean as nobody stayed there before us

Proprietaria 10/10 - super kind and takes care of following the house rules so that other guests do not get disturbed. We had a noisy neighbours on our floor but she took care of it before we even managed to complain

You don't go to the Riviera for the beauty of the sea. but for the kindness and courtesy that only a place like Ersilia can offer. In addition, the structure is practically on the sea and close to every convenience

Bikes are also available (including bike seats), which we used to happily reach Rimini's Marina Centro for a beautiful and refreshing ride. Lots of partner restaurants and cafes

If we return to the area, we'll already know where to stay! Highly recommended!!! PS: Obviously, if you're looking for a "VIP resort," you're not the right guests to experience the beautiful atmosphere of this property; please move on

wonderful apartments, the reception will help you sort out all your questions. A beach bag is provided as a gift. accessibility to public transport and very close to the sea. There are also cookware for all occasions

I advice all friends to stay at residence angeli. It is served with bus transport ,close to the beach , use of bicycle for free…

Is a good place if you want to meet new people, there are many things that can be improved. But the staff's service was 10/10. Special mention to Jhon, Elsa, and Fernando. They are very nice people and very professional

The beds are comfy and solid (finally, no squeaks!), and the whole place has an amazing, laid-back atmosphere. The bar is a blast – great drinks, cool people, and something fun happening every night
