Best staff ever!
Amazing staff! So service minded and a lot of humor. Nice location of the hotel.

We chose this hotel at the last minute as our VRBO canceled on us. It turned out to be a very happy accident. Levanto is a lovely town with pretty streets and great food and the shuttle from the hotel to city centre and station made accessing the local area super easy. The staff was very helpful and had great info/ suggestions for us. The room was clean and the included breakfast delicious. Sitting at the pool after a long day of hiking was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family

Our stay here was fantastic! The hotel was very clean & the staff were extremely accommodating! They have a van that took us to the train station & downtown & picked us up several times. That was a huge benefit to us! We also ate dinner at the restaurant our last night there & it was one of our best meals of the trip! Highly recommend. The service was impeccable!

I was extremely impressed with how friendly and helpful were the staff from front desk to waiter, particularly Frankie at the front desk. He showed me short cuts to walk down to the train station. The hotel is up on the hill with a nice pool and spa facilities perfect for relaxation after a day of walking in Cinque Terre. It provides shuttle service to town center and train station from 9 am to 11 pm which makes it a good starting point to explore Cinque Terre.

We highly recommend the Park Hotel. Our room was upgraded, thank you very much! The pool was lovely, with great cocktails at the bar. There's a free shuttle service to and from the village. The staff was very friendly. The Turkish bath was closed, and the spa area currently only has a sauna. There's no fitness room, which I found very disappointing. There's no coffee machine in the rooms, only a kettle.
We felt very comfortable, thank you very much!

We spent three nights at Park Hotel Argento and are still deeply impressed by the outstanding hospitality we received. We've been traveling for decades and have stayed in countless 4- and 5-star hotels across Europe and beyond – but we've never experienced anything quite like this.

From the moment we arrived, we felt less like guests and more like friends. Every single member of the staff was warm, genuinely kind, attentive, and always eager to help. This wasn’t just professional politeness – these are truly good people, and it's simply a joy to be around them.

Our room was spacious, clean, and inviting – the perfect place to relax after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The pool and spa were just what we needed to unwind, and breakfast was absolutely wonderful: rich, varied, fresh, and complete with a juice press and fresh vegetables we quickly fell in love with.

But the true highlight of our stay was the hotel’s free shuttle service. Every time we needed to go to the train station or the nearby town, all it took was a quick 10-minute notice (usually less), and a friendly driver was there to take us – always with a smile.

In short – a fantastic hotel, warm and attentive service, and a great base for exploring the area. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality accommodation with a big heart.

I and my family and friends spent 3 night at the Park Hotel Argento and had a wonderful experience. The staff and services provided are impeccable and delivered with warmth, humor and grace. The restaurant provided a fabulous buffet breakfast and our dinner there was delicious. As mentioned by a number of other reviewers, the shuttle service to the train station and into town makes this a great location to easily access the Cinque Terre from the north. This is also good location to access more northern (relative to CT) parts of the Ligurian coast, which we did also driving to Santa Margherita and Porto Fino. And while their rooms may not be on par with the Ritz, they are very clean and the beds are large and very comfortable, providing a great night's sleep for weary travelers. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Truly la dolce vita.
