The hotel is so convenient to the trains and to town. Great place to stsy while you explore the Cinque Terra trail cities.

Lovely hotel in La Spezia. Rooms are lovely & very clean. Staff are very nice & helpful. Location is great. Close to the train station, restaurants & shops. Bjoin restaurant is across the road , food is very good.

The young owner is very friendly and answers all my questions quickly. The room is clean and tidy. The location is close to the train station, which is very convenient.

The location is perfect; the price is the most affordable option; the city is gorgeous, but:
The pillow is very uncomfortable, the bed isn't the most comfortable, and most importantly, the climate is weird; nothing dries)))
The breakfast is very basic.
But otherwise, it's fantastic, especially the wonderful host! He's a great guy.

The location is fantastic, very close to the train station. Luggage transfers take less than five minutes, and the pedestrian street in the commercial district isn't far either. Breakfast is simple, requiring you to go to the cafe across the street. They only offer one bread and one coffee, and a second bread costs extra, which is something I needed. The service at the counter was excellent and attentive, and they were happy to help with any questions I had. The hotel is just part of the orange building on the right in the photo!

Great location, just few minute walking distance from train station. The room size is bis and very nice. The girl at the reseption was really nice and helpful. Really reccomended for traveller who want to explore Cinque Terre.

Luca was very welcoming and helpful. When we first arrived, we opted for a paid private parking lot. Since we weren't familiar with the roads, I asked him to drive me there. He immediately agreed! It was a great experience, and the hotel is in a great location. I highly recommend this hotel.
