8 minutes walking to the city center, easy to reach and with secure parking (extra cost). Newly renovated rooms, well appointed, my room facing a back street was quiet. Very kind staff. I had a dinner, food was good but a bit pricey. Breakfast was also good, compared to other hotels enough staff to clean tables. Also not far from the train station but the area looked pretty safe to me.

The rooms are a bit small but we'll appointed and comfortable. We booked without breakfast. The front desk service was fine. The location is within easy walking distance to the old city center.

We felt like we were staying somewhere in the Middle East. Rooms were seriously dated. The buffet breakfast was something to be desired. Some staff lovely, others not so much. Street noise is an issue if your room faces the main road.

Excellent hotel with spacious and well-equipped rooms. Great location close to the city center. The breakfast was outstanding with beautiful views, and dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good as well. Good facilities for bicycles which was much appreciated. Overall fantastic value for money - highly recommend this place!

Very convenient location between (and within easy walking distance of) the bus and railway stations in one direction and the city centre in the other. A rather grand (grandiose?) reception area. Less character in the rest of the hotel, but my room was clean, modern and well-appointed. A good buffet breakfast, with a range of choices, is available. I also dined in the hotel one evening - a good meal. Staff were uniformly helpful and friendly.

An average hotel near the city center. The rooms were clean but nothing special. Breakfast was tasty, although the selection was very limited. The biggest issue was with parking in their underground garage – if you have a larger car, it can be quite problematic, as the spaces are narrow. One day we couldn't even park in our designated spot.In the evening and at night, there was a lot of noise from the street, as we had the balcony door open. The air conditioning was blowing quite strongly and uncomfortably.

I had a great room here for two nights, on a work trip. You get a lot for not too high a price, and I'd definitely want to come back. I was allowed an early check-in, and reception and breakfast staff were very friendly throughout. Thank you to the bar staff for the personalised cocktail! Hotel has great location too, just round the corner from the coach station. Bird lovers should note that I heard a scops owl calling both nights, in the far distance, from the mountains side of the hotel, when I slept with the window open. I read they're locally called Chiu... The sound of the Italian summer - brilliant!

Very pleasant, well-furnished hotel with great and kind staff. Excellent location a few hundred meters from the city center. Spacious and nicely furnished room, perfect beds. Quiet environment. Excellent restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere.

This hotel is perfectly situated from the train station and to the city centre. It’s clean and has a nice style. The rooms are comfortable and clean. But the highlight is the staff. Smiles and always willing to go that little bit further to help and assist. Also the English to Italian and vice versa was easily navigated with a few laughs. Easily the best and nicest staff of any hotel in 2 months of touring. While here, do not forget to go to the small village of Cividale . Delightful.
