A simple and not so expensive way to make holidays and keep head free without any bells and whistles. All you need, small and clean accomodations with good equipement

You can choice to cook in the little kitchen, go the Restaurant at the Club area or you use the delivery service. The service personal is very kindly and helpfull. The Beach is enough to make a good sunbathe

Highlights are the water Channels, the ports , the promenade and the old classic Italian houses. All in all it was a very good holiday and we will come back

The sea at the Beach is very flat. So it is a little bit difficult to swim. Next bigger town to the club is grado which is a must to visit

BUT the access to the campsite is weird - trough a building with a high of 2,10 m - that is no go with a caravan of 2,60 m, so you have to reverse from the reception and use a exit-lane to get in

Lobby and garden are nice, better to be there than any moment in own room. Perfect revenue generator policy for hotel. Pool is nice, slightly overcrowed in hot weather

Beach is very close, has own sunbeds with umbrella, 3 minutes - cca 400 meter- walking distance. Free bycicles available for 3 hours daily

Really close to the beach and it has a nice pool. Unfortunately some of the staff don't really grasp customer service and make you feel like you are bothering them if you need something.

As a guest with celiac disease, dining out can often be a challenge, but the chef and kitchen staff at this hotel went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten-free requirements

His knowledge of gluten-free options and his willingness to answer all my questions and address any concerns made me feel truly valued as a guest

Very nice and all, but for the price? Not worth it! The rooms are fairly small. The food options are mediocre and so is the pool. Some of the staff is fantastic while others are somewhat rude

There is plenty of parking outside the hotel, though they also have an underground parking area; one can take an elevator down to that level

The staff is great, location is very convenient and has also some nice restaurants with typical friuli food. My wife is very picky with her food, and in Ladimoret she never misses breakfast

It's very nice and the room is very cosy. In the morning you can have a very good food for breakfast. In the evening you can have a special dinner cooked by an Italian cooker

We've been coming every year for almost 20 years, except for last year. Unfortunately, no one notices that we've been coming for so many years. The pool would be great if it were a bit warmer

Very friendly staff, well-equipped but only moderately clean, a nice pool, relaxing music in the pool area, and a delicious breakfast. Many good restaurants nearby. Highly recommended, even with three children.

We had very good stay, rooms are clean and breakfast is rich with good choice. Especially we have appreciated pool in those hot days.

The swimming pool could be improved: the shower and a hydromassage jet did not work, the bathroom in the room: the extractor fan did not work and the breakfast: crowded and poorly concealed nervousness of the waiters

Very nice hotel It is a nostalgic hotel, looks a bit old, was comfortable and clean. The silence was not assured neither through the door nor windows. However environment was not loud during the night.

Very helpful staff made our stay pleasant and a good recommendation for a place to eat was immediately followed up with a check for availability and kitchen opening hours, as we arrived quite late

The hotel had a feel of past glory, but all was clean, well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was good, - freshly squeezed orange juice, good coffee and well made eggs and a lot of choices

Since reviews seemed to be mixed was not sure what to expect but was delightfully surprised by how nice the hotel was. It was pleasant to be out of the hustle bustle of Trieste but easy enough to drive there

Good location with the sea across the street and lots of dining options. Downstairs had a nice sauna, steam room and pool. The bar on the mainfloor had amazing drinks and super friendly staff

But I just can‘t agree with this being a five star establishment, which is what I payed for. The rooms are perfectly clean but there are stains on the curtains and on the wall, bathroom appliances are old and it shows

The staff was friendly and helpful so the service was great (we had issues with the fridge in our room and it was fixed as soon as we came back to the room)

It is a bit noisy due to lack of sound isolation in the rooms. Breakfast is good, they have a gym. Just a decent hotel nothing special but good enough

Breakfast was alright but not a five star experience either, bread was mostly stale, butter was a melted greasy mess, coffee was a disappointment

The spa area was also very clean but only open for guest for 4 hours, from 4-8 pm -which is a shame it could have so much improved our stay!

we enjoyed everything the pool , the massage experience, staff are very friendly and polite, but honestly not for the room, it's a 3 stars Hotel room not 5. Old Ac with annoying noise couldn't sleep well

Friendly staff, good breakfasts, big rooms, daily room cleaning leaving towels and a fresh 1 litre bottle of water. Lovely swimming pool 4 minutes walk away with friendly husband and wife team of pool attendants

Here in Muggia, I could finally sleep in peace! Okay, bed and pillow were hard as a rock but at least I got my peaceful sleep without being disturbed all the time! The personell is very helpful and friendly, breakfast was fine, parking included in fees - and such a beautiful town! I can highly recommend this hotel!

There were some road works going on making entry to the marina difficult. In fairness the hotel did email 24 hours before but some screw up with mails to the the agent (expedia/hotels. com) meant I didn't see the warning

Staff are nice and the breakfast was excellent. It is a large hotel so don't expect a family atmosphere. very clean but a little clinical? Room is a good size, but bathroom, specially shower a bit cramped

Has a lovely pool free to guests but a 5 Euro charge for a towel. not sure if this is a European norm, but not something we've experienced elsewhere

In order to get to the hotel car parking you need to go through multiple barriers, pressing the "call" button, waiting a while for someone to answer and open the barrier if you are lucky

The staff was over the top helpful at all times. It was in a great location to walk to the beach which the hotel looked after getting us our spot. All of the great restaurants and shops were right around the corner

Very good position, next to the beach and to all services. Clean rooms and common spaces. Beautiful view from the top terrace to all the landscape around plus solarium and swimming pool on the roof, so useful

Who needs a bathroom with a bath with golden water taps, a bidet, indoor pool if you are next to a wonderful beach?

The staff were already in full speed, so a lot of attention to the small amount of guests. The houses are great, cool pool area, affordable restaurant. Sport facilities inside the camping

It is not the best place, but there is much freedom and space for every guest. The location is as well very good. Swimming pool is very good for children

Good We got an upgrade to a bigger apartment and we really appreciated it. The apartment is well equipped for a vacation stay with dishes, pans etc. The swimming pool with water slides for children is really nice

They made a great effort to help me find a sweater left behind on the airplane. They also made us breakfast one morning when we misunderstood when the breakfast time closed. Staff were the icing on the cake

Beautiful (better than Google photos), modern, and clean rooms with a large bathroom. Our vegan diet was well-attended by the very friendly staff (all with a smile). The meals were nutritious and delicious

Excellent food, really nice quality! 👌👌👌The wellness area is also well designed with steam sauna as a bonus. I hope to come back again :) the slopes are in walking distance.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel however the check in is late. But they can take your bags while you explore the city. The girls at the breakfast room were friendly and polite. Thank you for serving’s us!

The breakfast was great and we had a lot of choices so everyone had what they wanted. Rooms were super clean and air conditioning worked great too - very appreciative for that with the summer weather

The rooms sizes were amazing, the breakfast perfect, the staff very friendly to us and we had many questions about everything. The hotel is not the closest hotel to the ship port but that was even better for us

Trieste is a small city, and you can walk from the hotel to the major landmarks in 20 minutes. I loved the decoration of the rooms, the bathroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable

This is a good hotel, at 35 min. walk from the train station (up hill). The service is excellent and the breakfast to be recommended. The room was clean, the bed good and the shower good except that the cubicle is small

They could have informed us that there was a public garage about 100 meters from the hotel, so we didn’t need to struggle to find a spot on the busy surrounding streets. The room was ok and clean but very small

When we arrived it was already full, and we were sent to a public underground parking area about 300m from the hotel. Street parking in the area was impossible, as there were cars already parked everywhere

Hotel WiFi was easy to log into, and had a good reliable speed. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. One bad feature is that even though they have a garage, it is not possible to book it

Special mention to the in house restaurant. They offer a full 3 course dinner (very good sized portions) at €19. The food quality was also very good, and a special shout out to the girls waiting on us

Excellent service, wonderful hotel, with a garden at the top, a very large and very clean swimming pool in a serene tranquility just behind the pedestrian center

The breakfast was always plentifull, the coffee made fresh to order utilizing a barista and mixed drinks usually spot on. Rental bikes are available and reserving an umbrella and two chaits in row five always a breeze

Challenges: The WIFI was a bit weak in our corner although the signal originated nearby; Parking can be challenging when fully booked; The pool was a tad too small for the amount of guests present, which includes the available umbrellas and chairs; The dinner choices were a bit lacking

I cannot give names due to potential privacy infractions, but from the host, to the waitresses, I was amazed by their professionalism, expediency and their eagerness to support the guests in whatever need arose

The staff is excellent, without exception. The General Manager can always be seen watching over repairs done, updating of facilities, supervising the wait staff and even receiving daily briefs by her employees

Supposedly there is a private beach area for guests staying 3 nights or more. Small convenience store nearby, 5 minute walk to the beach and 10-15 to the central areas. And they also offer bikes for free to get around

Nice hotel in a great location with good amenities. Rooms are everything you would expect them to be with working air conditioning. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of variety

Room very good, silent, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom has a range of sample products which I appreciated. The table in the room was just a bit dusty but nothing major

I didn’t appreciate the manners during breakfast where I was scolded for sitting at a reserved table as apparently I should have known it was reserved

Only slight let downs were our safe not working and the treadmill and weights machine (the two main things) in the fitness corner being broken
