Modern, minimalistic, very clean, quiet, with pleasant staff. I'd recommend it if you are travelling by car, as it is easier to reach Udine city center. However, there is also a direct bus line, although it is not very frequent.

17 min away from the port terminal or 8 min from the train station. The place is neat and clean. Rooms are adequately illuminated and comparatively spacious. We booked last minute (30 min before arrival). Hotel looks like it has seen better times, very central, close to the main station. The rooms were kinda old, but the bathroom was clean. The room itself had carpet, which I highly dislike. The two dudes at the reception were super friendly and typical Italian. Breakfast was 100% Italian 😂 don't expect too much.

The room are nice and clean, room service is OK, the breakfast diversity choices are enough to satisfy the normal request for the level stars of the hotel. What is deplorable is the WI-FI internet service. You cannot actually work on the hotel network. Multiple disconnecting, very low signal... It sucks !!! If I knew this before I've didn't choose it. Overall, if you don't need internet it's ok.

Nice budget hotel, very near to train and bus station

Location of the hotel is good, within walking distance to some bars and restaurants. Underground parking is a bit tight for bigger cars but ok. Rooms are basic and dated, but fairly clean. In general, it looks and feels like budget hotel. On the other hand - walls are thin, a lot of noise from the street, the room which we got was fairly tired. Breakfast is Italian, meaning for the rest of the world...

I stayed at the hotel for a week and I was very happy with it. Excellent cuisine, I especially enjoyed the breakfast which was very abundant and very rich. The hotel is very close to the sea and has a great view over it. The hotel is perfectly clean. I enjoyed the bike service very much. The staff is helpful and nice.

We stayed in the annex (adult only) in the hope of not being disturbed by crying children. I'm sure I was told that the rooms were soundproofed but alas with the plasterboard walls we heard the neighbor "partying" at night, the neighbors on the balcony who talked until morning, the cleaning ladies and the bar staff already from 6 / 6.30. Blackout curtains that forced us to stay all day with the light...

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my mom. We booked two single rooms, hoping they'd be close together, but we were placed on the first and third floors. Too bad about the carpet in the room 😅. Spacious quadruple room, the way the spaces are arranged and organized makes it clear that the rooms have undergone renovations, it's a shame that the carpet was not removed during these interventions. In 2024 and in a seaside location with sand, having carpet in the room is not the best. Room with climate, hairdryer, large TV, shower, 2 terraces with drying...

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days, the experience and the service offered were very pleasant. The room was very nice and large with a nice balcony, ideal for those who have a large dog like us. Katia at the reception super kind and nice! We will definitely be back :)

We've been here a few times. Excellent location to the beach, about 3-5 minutes away. It's about 10 minutes to the beginning of the shopping street. The hotel is older but always clean. Breakfast is sufficient. Will definitely come back next time!

We booked this hotel for 7 nights and then prolonged our stay for other 3 days. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, always ready to help and even beyond: we usually walked to the beach, but some days we were given a lift even without being asked :) 7-10 minutes walk to the beach. We had a family -two rooms. Clean rooms. one small fridge. WiFi exists, but keeps logging our phones out if they are left idle for a couple of minutes. Very friendly reception speaking German and Italian. She booked beach umbrella for us, as at this time they are not inclusive, but can be booked per day or for the whole stay. Had a brief 1 night stay at the hotel with family so we booked 2 rooms. The photos of the rooms on the website give a realistic view of the room, however captured with a very wide lens. They rooms have adequate space, but no where near what the photos show. Hotel Staff were always friendly and very helpful. The taxi request process worked well. The telephone system did not work and a wake-up call was requested but unavailable.

Good staying at this hotel for one week with all inclusive accomodation. The food is not so varying but the quality is good. Quantity is enough. Very near to the beach and to the city center. There is noise during the evening especially if you are in the dependance. Rooms are clean. Very useful the usage of bicicles and for who has kids there is a reserved area where they can play.

Great hotel in a beautiful place! Stayed here for six days in September, had a lovely time in Lignano. The room was not too large, but comfortable enough for two. There is a large balcony with a coffee table and chairs to enjoy the view with a glass of wine. We ordered package dinners and the meals were very good for their price. But the best part is that the hotel gives bycicles to ride for free...
