This is a good hotel, at 35 min. walk from the train station (up hill). The service is excellent and the breakfast to be recommended. The room was clean, the bed good and the shower good except that the cubicle is small.

The hotel's location is truly very central. The dining room is simply breathtaking, and the breakfast is very good (typically Italian with cornetto and cappuccino). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was simple but nicely furnished. The pictures on the walls were also great.

We had a tremendous experience here. Spotlessly clean. Great Breakfast. Will definitely be back. Spacious room. 2 Adults 2 teenagers in bunk beds. My son is very tall and had adequate space. Couldn't ask for more. Nice small family hotel. We parked 100M away and left it for the entire weekend. We just used the free bikes to get around. And oh yeh Great value too.

Even though the hotel is on the road, it is quiet at night. Breakfast and service there are good and quite rich. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't work, I missed the clothes drying rack and the fridge.

Stayed at this property as part of an organized school trip. The room was quite comfortable, and the buffet was decent. It's a shame there were other school groups there, which made it noisier. Another downside is the distance from the city center, which requires transportation.

Modern, minimalistic, very clean, quiet, with pleasant staff. I'd recommend it if you are travelling by car, as it is easier to reach Udine city center. However, there is also a direct bus line, although it is not very frequent.

The perfect place for an easy weekend in Lignano, great facilities like swimmingpool and super good breakfast and automatic vendor machine. The personal is kind, location is super, the pool is super clean, but a little to cold for my taste, the breakfast is good but the price is a little high for the conditions. The rooms are small and even if you spend most of the time outside, a crowded room is not so pleasant. The bathroom is nice, but has an extremely small shower (and i am saying this at 47 kg ). Overall, they do a good job.

The reception staff were very polite and friendly, which is perhaps a common trait among Italians, but it's truly a remarkable quality. As someone who will be pursuing my PhD at Udine soon, I would highly recommend this hotel to any friends who visit me in the future.

Have searched a while for a hotel to stay in Lignano and I don't regret my decision at all. The hotel is modern, the rooms are everything you'd expect and all the staff is super nice. It's close to the beach and to the promenade in the center of Pinetta. I enjoyed my holidays a lot here and will return as soon as possible.

Booked this hotel on night before a cruise from Trieste. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable. The room lacked usb sockets. Everyone has smart phones now. In terms of value,the hotel rated very well. The reception staff were friendly and excellent. They arranged a meal for us at a nearby restaurant this saved our time in exploring and taking pot luck.

Piazza Unità d'Italia is probably the most beautiful square with seaview in the world and this 5star is just there. So yes rooms are small as is the lobby and the breakfast area but just read the plate by the entrance and you will walk in just as emperors or Giacomo Casanova did. Well, scrambled eggs are just an omelette and there's no cruncy bacon but the rest is very good so enjoy Trieste, please

We caught bad weather for swimming in the sea, but we didn't get bored at all, we drove 11 minutes by car to the zoo, 1 hour by car to the aquarium. plus clifftop walks, pedestrian paths. absolutely everything was wonderful.
