Perfect position close to the train station and main square

It's easily reached from the central station in 5 minutes, and the hotel is just 8 minutes from the city center, making it quite convenient. The staff at reception are very professional and helpful, as are those in the restaurant. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, both sweet and savory. I highly recommend it.

Breakfast quite good. Room temperature was the biggest problem: temperature could not be controlled and it was far too hot (28.5° C). Receptionist said they could not change it, but we could open the door to outside to cool off. Beautiful building in a very central location. All the reception team that we met was fantastic, especially the FO shift leader and the lady receptionist that was working in the afternoon/night shift. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in the last 10 years. Everything is perfect: the location (close to everything. Central squares, cafes and restaurants), the rooms, the very friendly staff. Very nice big rooms, the balcony wrapped around the whole room and I loved people watching from it. The pool and the terrace bar were lovely with 360 degree views overlooking the sea and Grado. Good We got an upgrade to a bigger apartment and we really appreciated it. The apartment is well equipped for a vacation stay with dishes, pans etc. The swimming pool with water slides for children is really nice. Only the bathroom needed some fixing, we didn't ask because we stayed only two days.

Stayed here for 3 nights while working in town. Super smooth pleasant check in with loads of free parking. I only ate at breakfast which was ok. It’s pretty remote so transport is needed unless you plan to stay at the hotel all day. Really good room and service all round.

It's a very stylish hotel. However, I made a big mistake because I didn't expect there to be a bathtub in a 4-star hotel...
