Piazza Unità d'Italia is probably the most beautiful square with seaview in the world and this 5star is just there. So yes rooms are small as is the lobby and the breakfast area but just read the plate by the entrance and you will walk in just as emperors or Giacomo Casanova did. Perfect position close to the train station and main square

It's easily reached from the central station in 5 minutes, and the hotel is just 8 minutes from the city center, making it quite convenient. Beautiful building in a very central location. All the reception team that we met was fantastic, especially the FO shift leader and the lady receptionist that was working in the afternoon/night shift. They were able to upgrade us to an historical deluxe room, which was a good surprise :) the complimentary waters were a nice touch as well!

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in the last 10 years. Everything is perfect: the location (close to everything. Central squares, cafes and restaurants), the rooms, the very friendly staff. Great place to go and relax. With plenty to do even if you don't have kids. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. Very nice and all, but for the price? Not worth it! The rooms are fairly small. The food options are mediocre and so is the pool. Some of the staff is fantastic while others are somewhat rude. The beach is wonderful and clean. Also wonderful jogging route. Mini fridge was broken.

Great location, beach is in short walking distance but the hotel is in a quiet street surrounded with beautiful trees which makes it really charming and offers good relax for guests. Meals are excellent, varied and waiters super friendly. Pool and bikes were also very useful for us with a young child. We enjoyed our stay very much, made remarkable memories and are eager tor return sometime.

Stayed here for 3 nights while working in town. Super smooth pleasant check in with loads of free parking. I only ate at breakfast which was ok. It’s pretty remote so transport is needed unless you plan to stay at the hotel all day. Really good room and service all round.

It's a very stylish hotel. However, I made a big mistake because I didn't expect there to be a bathtub in a 4-star hotel... The small shower booth had no door or step, and it was cold so I didn't use it because I was afraid I would catch a cold. The room was very spacious but had no windows. Love this place. The reception and staff stand out - warm, friendly, upbeat, welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. Very child friendly.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riva Palace. It’s in a very quiet area with a great lagoon view and short walk to the beach. They offer beach passes ($30 Eu); free bikes are available.

Beautiful views, great facilities, comfy bed and delicious breakfast. The staff was very professional and helpful, the massage lady practically an artist.

Lovely place. Comfortable large room with a terrace, lovely and clean wellness, the rooftop hot tub. I really liked the breakfast, very wide choice and nice serving. The staff was very nice. Absolutely clean. Good place for exploring the area.

Receptionist was very welcoming! Keep up the good job girls! Refreshing drinking water just before the reception, is a bonus. Central location, mostly flat pedestrian walk to everywhere. Amenities is in sufficient. No tissue box. Room is clean but too dim and no light in the shower cubicle. Hope this genuine review will help others to decide.

We have been staying at the Continentale since 2016, always for long stays. This time was for 16 days and we always ask for and get the same room. We did our reservation thru emails and all went smoothly, with their responses being very quick. Once we arrived the reception ladies were very welcoming and friendly. when we had questions during our stay they were very willing to help. The remodeling was...

The breakfast was good and the location is perfect but parking is hard and the bed had bedbugs unfortunately.

Would I stay here again? YES. Absolutely loved my stay here. Room was very clean, nicely decorated, good sized bathroom, safe, TV, coffee/tea, two cupboards and did not hear any noise from adjoining rooms. Superb location for us.

Good size room with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was also a good size with a spacious shower (great water pressure too!). Breakfast was ordinary - it is al a carte, with the hotel’s intention being to reduce food waste, but this seemed far more wasteful to me.

The air conditioning in the room was turned on very well. The hotel is in a good location in the city center, but the shops here close very early. There is nothing to shop for in the evening. The breakfast is good
