Amazing view in the balcony room!

We arrived at 1000-too early for check-in but they held our luggage for us. Was disappointed our room wasn’t ready until 3:02. Early check in is not always possible so I understand. Nothing was explained about our room or our breakfast, just given the key. In the room was in room breakfast order form which upon reading stated that breakfast was only coffee, juice and bread. The hotel was right across from the port which made it super easy to board our ship. It was also right in front of old town which was charming and convenient.

This hotel is great, however the temperature control in the room is terrible. We could not change it from the room, we had to ask reception. How can it be freezing cold at 23deg and too hot at 24 deg. I asked for the shower not to be over the bath, we got a shower over the bath with no apology or recognition of our request,

It's in the middle of Trieste and it's an NH hotel. The room was clean, the bed was good. My gf liked the bathroom a lot, something to do with the shower she said it's ideal for hair washing. Very good breakfast. Everything in your travel guides is within easy walking distance. Parking is available in a 3rd party garage around the corner. Everything was good.

Con: Room 220 being alone next to the elevators is extremely nosy unfortunately. You can hear drunk people coming back to their rooms at 2am shouting. Maybe it should be sound proofed, at least that one room that is isolated from the others. Maybe some more amenities in the bathroom would be appreciated. Pro: Employees were super nice and caring. Breakfast was great and full of fresh food.

Rooms are clean, but in the bathroom you can see the rust build-up happening. From the window I could only see the Main Street and the building across, so you don’t really have a view. Beautiful building in a very central location. All the reception team that we met was fantastic, especially the FO shift leader and the lady receptionist that was working in the afternoon/night shift. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in the last 10 years. Everything is perfect: the location (close to everything. Central squares, cafes and restaurants), the rooms, the very friendly staff. The rooms and bathrooms are huge! It was very nice to see complimentary bottles of water in the room. The staff were very kind and helped us order a taxi to the airport at night. I recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for two nights, from Friday to Sunday. On Friday, we managed to visit the spa. The spa has only four spots available, so it’s necessary to book in advance. The price is €15 per hour. The hotel has been renovated, new rooms with very good wifi and a balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is not in the clean center, but it is close to the beach and shops. There is a large swimming pool in front of the hotel. The price is favorable. They are making a spa.

I Had a lovely stay for 7 days on business, relaxing and the staff are all great and welcoming. I came during rainy days but will definitely come back with my family in the summer as the beach is close by and very tempting. The rooms are big and clean. Food is outstanding and every night they have a new menu with a great atmosphere.

The Greif was certainly one of the top addresses in town. Today, this hotel lives off its reputation, but unfortunately it does not live up to it. Perfect location in Trieste next to the biggest parking, practically in the city centre next door to shops and cafe's. Excellent breakfast, clean and cozy rooms.  

Great place to go and relax. With plenty to do even if you don't have kids. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. The highlight of the resort for us was the dog trainer Costantin, who helped us teach our dog agility, obedience, trekking and nose work. Can't recommend his services highly enough!!!

Beautyfully refurbished 120 year old villas at the beach

Rooms very pleasant and well serviced but in the reception and dining area bombarded with loud and ghastly music, not at all appropriate for an otherwise elegant hotel.

Modern, minimalistic, very clean, quiet, with pleasant staff. I'd recommend it if you are travelling by car, as it is easier to reach Udine city center. However, there is also a direct bus line, although it is not very frequent.

Great place for stopover during trip from, to Italy. Hotel has pretty good like for Italian standards breakfast. Room was clean and bed is comfortable. You literally get what you pay for. Modern simple hotel without extras. Just to stay for short time.

Very nice and all, but for the price? Not worth it! The rooms are fairly small. The food options are mediocre and so is the pool. Some of the staff is fantastic while others are somewhat rude. The beach is wonderful and clean. Also wonderful jogging route. Mini fridge was broken.

Great location, beach is in short walking distance but the hotel is in a quiet street surrounded with beautiful trees which makes it really charming and offers good relax for guests. Meals are excellent, varied and waiters super friendly. Pool and bikes were also very useful for us with a young child. We enjoyed our stay very much, made remarkable memories and are eager tor return sometime.

Very good breakfast and very comfortable room and bed. We did not have in the room bathrobes, but they provided us upon request . Very challenging with parking. Was not very clear in the reservation how to proceed with the parking. They have a valet parking service, but you need to pay 30 EUR.

Excellent option to discover the city. The beautiful historical building is located in a pedestrian zone and consists of modern nicely furnished apartments. The staff is very friendly and helpful

If driving to the Palace Suite, check-in is a bit of challenge, as they have limited short term parking to upload your baggage as it is 1 block over from the hotel entrance. Outside this, the room was wonderful and in walking distance of other points of interest.

The first hotel in Lignano. Of course, many times modernized. Authorized 4 * .Cooks Italian cuisine at the level of higher gastronomy. Rooftop pool with amazing views of the beaches. I can recommend to everyone.
