My flight was delayed and I could not get to stay at this accomm as I did not know if they would be there to let me in. With no other instructions sent , I had to book another luckily, fantastic room just a few minutes from the airport. They picked me up and included breakfast what a relief as a solo traveller.
But of course I am out of pocket because it would have been 11.30pm before I would have checked in if I had gone to this original location miles out of the city.
So my review is only for the staff, lack of whats app or phone and email communications. Poor.
