Me and my mother stayed and this guest house for 5 days and it was an extraordinary experience. You feel like home here, it’s a family business which we loved! We were treated so kindly. Everything was so clean and the rooms looked beautiful and very new and modern. We had the option to use bikes for free and there was an airport shuttle and we even got a ride to hydro mania !! We will definitely choose this place again if we come back to Italy! Thank you so much!

Everything! It’s a new structure.
Very warm welcome, everything is clean and perfectly maintained.
Breakfast is outstanding.
The owners are more than kind, they are super! I asked for a a good hairdresser and they make an appointment for me and bring me there. I was speechless! Super! Coming soon!

Beautifully renovated Guest house. The service was beyond our expectations. Federico couldn't do enough for us. Great breakfast, fresh baked goods. The house is gorgeous, the yard is set up for several guests to enjoy. Definitely a place we will use again next visit to Rome. 5 Min from the airport. If your looking for a place to stay give this one a try, the kindness will blow you away.

We stayed here in July 2021 after missing a flight. After a long flight from Canada, we were tired and stressed but this all went away when we were greeted at the door of this property. We were treated like family! The accommodations are clean, comfortable, and beyond what we expected. Breakfast the following morning was delicious and they owners went above and beyond! We highly recommend Capitani Guest House and will be returning before we depart Italy for another night. Ci vediamo presto!
