I like the room! The bunk beds are cool. Self check in is very efficient. This is a good HQ for tourists. Great halfway house when you’re on your way to the city center. Its a bit far from the city center but very near to the airport. There is a nice pizza place just outside the building. Free coffee and a lot of complimentary bread. There’s a nice loft/balcony where you can have coffee or smokes...

The property was in a nice residential location within walking distance to the marina and loads of dining. Our room number 1 was a great size for the two of us. Only there one night but very comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t anything to talk about packaged buns and jams. Coffee machine was in the common area to share with the other room rentals.

The shower could not be adjusted to a certain consistent temperature. Once turned on to comfortable temp, it would get very cold or very hot

Charming once you're inside. It was difficult to find and get into. (A locked gate, a locked vestibule, a locked door and then a locked room.) The service was perfect , the room was clean , the hotel is very close to the FCO airport , if you need taxi to pick you up and get you back from and to the airport you can contact the hotel one day before your flight and they will arrange it for you for good price, perfect overall .

The host was very helpful, providing directions to nearby attractions and good restaurants. I think the host must be very kind-hearted. There was also a very cute dog, missing a leg, who was well cared for. The hotel is very close to the Vatican; there's an airport shuttle bus right from the airport.

You have to carry all baggage up a 1/2 flight of stairs to get to the elevator. Our room was directly above a noisy restaurant with live music.

La Lira is a wonderful place close to the beach and dining. Clean and simple. Staff is outstanding. The shuttle to the airport works well (it runs at certain hours and booking happens through La Lira) and the staff is very helpful with directions and recommendations. We would stay there again.

The property is 5 min walk from the Venezia station and lots of small restaurants within in 2 min walk. It is close to Florence’s main cathedral ( about 5 min walking). Uffizi gallery and Academia are each about 20 min walking. So it is very convenient to walk an y attraction site by walking. It is very safe in the night. I stayed at this hotel for two nights on a trip with late-night flights to and from Fiumicino. I would therefore recommend it as a base for similar situations. The room was simple but clean, and the shuttle service was punctual. I spend one night with my sister and 2 babies in the hotel during our transit. Room was clean, well furnished, with tea coffee fridge... and with nice terrace to enjoy sun. During that night one of the babies get sick so we had to bring her at night for a doctor. all the stuff helped us to find someone to go with my sister to hospital with the baby. to wait with her... all the team were super nice...

Very nice stay for one night between my flights. Clean rooms with terrace. The receptionist Veronica was super firendly, she even helped me ordering food, when I arrived very late in the night. Large, spacious rooms with wide balconies. 24-hour check-in is possible if you send your registration details in advance. A taxi from the airport costs 35 euros during the day and 45 euros at night. The hotel is located quite far from the sea and transport hubs, and bus connections involve long transfers.

Staff was very helpful, breakfast buffet was cheap and good, place was clean but look a bit old, and definitely use the airport pick up and drop off service with them otherwise I will be troublesome to get there on your own, beach is 20 minute walk from there.

The rooms are good for sleeping, the bathroom is large and spacious, and the place is about 15-20 minutes walk from the sea. The problem in the room is that you go up through the stairs, and this is tiring for a person carrying special bags, even if they are heavy, and the reception desk does not work all the time, and this is not Good if you need something and can't find someone to guide you, but...

The owner Stefano is a breath of fresh air and the most accommodating host. His kindness and generosity made my experience in Fiumicino beautiful. Plentiful hygiene amenities, complimentary pastries, fruit and coffee, and the place itself was beautiful and homely. It is also a 20 min walk from the beautiful Papaya beach! This was an excellent surprise! We needed something near the airport for an early AM flight. There were 3 of us so a really expensive hotel next to the airport was out of the question. I found this inn on the internet. It was terrific and clean. the owner and his wife are delightful. They seem to relish being hosts. We would definitely stay here again..

This hotel has no AC. Luckily, it was not that hot. Besides that , it is ok to stay at this hotel for a short stay.

A very convenient transit hotel, close to Rome Fiumicino Airport. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport for 6 euros per person. The room was clean, and the location is right next to Parco Leonardo train station – just cross the pedestrian bridge after exiting the station.

I stayed one night in Rome before heading back home. The fridge was a bit noisy, so I unplugged it myself. Breakfast was okay, but honestly, all hotel breakfasts in Italy are pretty much the same – just the usual stuff over and over. I booked this hotel for an early flight the next day. The shuttle bus to the airport was 6 euros. The room was just okay, but it was clean, which was all that mattered.

The only reason to stay in this hotel is because of early flights. The mattress is too old and deforms easily, the lighting and design of the room is odd. Not sure the purpose ! Lighting is hanging behind the TV, same as eyes level, illuminating directly to eyes and causes eyes not comfortable. Morning shutter bus to airport cost 6euro per person, reasonable since train ticket cost 7-8 euro.

Everything was wonderful: friendly reception, good breakfast, an elevator, and extra water, a kettle, tea, and sugar upon request. The mattresses could be softer. And for breakfast, they could make scrambled eggs or an omelet upon request. This is a 4-star hotel, right? Not bad for 1-2 nights, but otherwise. Quasti perfetto.

The room was large and comfortable. The check in was easy and very courteous. The tv was impossible to use...maybe it was just me but couldn't figure it out. The bathroom was nice except the rain shower head was very weak, and the handheld was kept in place by zip ties, and not very well. There was also no where to hold the soap while showering. Everything was wonderful, clean, service, etc. Next time I would stay for more than 1 night. Less than 5 km from Fiumicino airport. Only public transport is not convenient. That's why the hotel provides a transfer to the airport. The more people you have, the more profitable it is. Unfortunately, we could not contact them to provide us with one upon arrival. You can catch a bus for 1 euro from Terminal...

This is a great spot to stay when you have an early flight out of FCO. The mattress was comfortable, the room was clean, there's a small fridge, and our room had a terrace. It was an easy walk to the beach and lots of good restaurants.

The place was clean and convenient to a large shopping mall, with a Costco and IKEA. Free parking on site. Comfortable bed. I just wish they had some fruit or yogurt for breakfast.

It's OK if you just need a place for the night. The place is very close to FCO and very clean. Getting in is an intresting experience (ring, get buzzed in, find a lockbox, enter code, get a set of keys for 3 doors.) The room is very simple with very basic (thin) mattress and bedding. The bathroom is large for European standards but has no place to put soap/shampoo in the shower. It is also very clean...

Lovely place and easy to access but very noisy and I couldn’t make the air conditioner stay on at night so was far too hot. Also the remote control had no batteries so couldn’t watch Netflix.

Very good location and well-kept facilities. The owner treated me with open arms and with great kindness despite being 12 at night. He also gave me a free upgrade. If I return to Fiumicino one day, I will repeat without a doubt.

I give 4 stars for the location: sandy beach 1 minute away, nice restaurants nearby, warm welcome. On the other hand, there is only one bathroom and toilet for 3 bedrooms and breakfast is taken in a nearby café where you are served a hot drink and a pastry, that's all!

Clean, cozy, there is a hairdryer, a refrigerator, a comfortable bed, a friendly hostess, a terrace overlooking the sea, the beach across the road, a cafe and a shop nearby, and a port.

Wonderful quiet, comfortable and well-appointed guest inn just minutes from Leonardo daVinci airport yet in a very quiet neighborhood. A short walk across the Tiber are many restaurants and Seconda Riva was excellent. Hosts made sure I was comfortable and got my bearings. Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel was perfect. The reception staff (whom I think are the owners) were kind and very helpful. The room was immaculate and had all the amenities that we needed, and a few extras like a luggage scale and phone charger. It is located very close to an area with restaurants and shops (although not necessarily within walking distance). I would definitely return.

Very good communication with hotel. Located near sea. Shops and restaurant nearby as well. Room was clean and well equiped with bathroom and kitchen. Check in and out was smooth. We got bottled water, snacks and coffee for breakfast. TV and AC as well.

Our host met us, was very friendly and gave us some great directions for how to get around the area and to find our bus to Rome the next morning. Room was clean. We had water, yogurt, cereal, tea, coffee and juice for breakfast. Bathroom was clean.

Very clean, small, modern looking BNB. Great water pressure in the shower. Loren speaks fluent English and was very helpful. He seemed to be a genuinely nuce guy. Driver to the airport (20eu) was friendly and fast. The room was small, but had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again.
