Domus Traiani in Fiumicino

This guest house was part of a travelocity package.The Guest House directions were to call 24hrs in advance to insure that someone would meet us. They do not have a check-in lobby. We had our previous 4 star hotel call 24 hrs in advance. They tried 4 times before getting through. They shook their heads and said it sounded as though the man was drunk. Our check in reservation was for 3.30pm. We arrived at 3.27 after driving 2.5 hrs. There was no one there. After waiting 30 min, we had to find a wifi place to use our usa phones to call. No one answered. After trying 5 times, we called travelocity. They could not get a hold of anyone and we were put on hold twice. Then travelicity diconnected after 45 min on hold. After another attempt with travelocity, the other people in our party came back and told us the guy finally showed up. He denied having talked to anyone the day before. Then said check-in was at 4pm...but it was 5.30pm when he showed up! We waited 2hrs and were very frustrated. I would never book here!
