Stayed at this lovely B&B for one night before catching a flight from FCO the next morning. The owner was friendly, funny, easy to get along with. He recommended nearby restaurants for food, also helped us book a shuttle for the next morning to the airport, which was no more than 10minutes away. He was present the next morning to serve us coffee and breakfast! So nice. The place itself was super modern and clean, it was such a comfortable stay! There were two balconies for my room, one through our private bathroom and the second off the room. There is also a desk and chair, a TV, 1 queen/full bed (I can't tell the difference) + 1 twin bed, and plenty of towels and extra blankets/pillows. Overall a great stay at a great place with a great host. Thank you so much!

Best room ever. Had balcony for main room and for bathroom. I thought I broke the window when I turned the handle for the doors and the door popped out from the top. It acts as a window even though it's a door. Room we had had a single and a double bed. Bathroom was nice. I highly recommend!!

Lovely little bed and breakfast in an apartment building. It has a tiny lift, enough for two people and bags, but the walk up is very short.

The owner, Valerio, is nice and was very accommodating.

The pictures don't show how modern the building is. All completely renovated. Spacious rain shower + handle. Balcony was shaded. Everything worked perfectly.

Its a bed and breakfast, so keep in mind you'll have a private room with a private bathroom, but it opens into a shared (3 rooms) kitchen, which then opens into the hallway.

Check in is open until 23.00 but you can write them and ask to stay open until 00.30 for a fee. You must arrive before 00.30 or you won't be able to check in.

Breakfast was just enough to start our day: cappuccino, croissant, biscotti, jams and juice.

If you're going to or from the airport, take the Langiano Viaggi shuttle, a Mercedes tour bus that will get you to the airport in about 20 minutes with traffic.

A big thank you to Mr. Valerio for his warm welcome, his availability, which made us spend a pleasant moment of great relaxation in a quiet and green.
The rooms are very nice decorated with great taste and very comfortable which is really nice.
The breakfast is hearty and generous, what better way to start the day?
You can have Wi-Fi on request which is a little extra.

PS: Fluimicino is the best place to eat pizza and fresh fish foods..
