Very good location and well-kept facilities. The owner treated me with open arms and with great kindness despite being 12 at night. He also gave me a free upgrade. If I return to Fiumicino one day, I will repeat without a doubt.

I contacted the property to ask about the costs but in addition to asking me inappropriate questions like "who am I" they also hung up on my face. I tried to call back immediately but they didn't answer me... They're fine with me like this

Excellent B&B! Perfect location in the center of Fiumicino, and is located in front of the sea 🌊. The owners very kind and courteous

I give 4 stars for the location: sandy beach 1 minute away, nice restaurants nearby, warm welcome. On the other hand, there is only one bathroom and toilet for 3 bedrooms and breakfast is taken in a nearby café where you are served a hot drink and a pastry, that's all!

Clean, cozy, there is a hairdryer, a refrigerator, a comfortable bed, a friendly hostess, a terrace overlooking the sea, the beach across the road, a cafe and a shop nearby, and a port.
