The Receptionist was unprofessional; he gave us 2 different rates for each night of our stay, the 2nd night additional 10€. we payed for the first night and in the morning we made an extension with another receptionist who gave us the same rate as the previous night with no added charge! Afterwards, We kept getting the angry stares from the first guy throughout our stay!
The room clean but small
Shower worked fine but tiny and uncomfortable
Housekeeping doesn’t change sheets just tidy them which was a huge disappointment
Breakfast was okay with good selection of sweet tarts and cakes nevertheless there was almost no savory selection (an even bigger disappointment)
The lady taking care of the breakfast area was the best part about the hotel! She was very helpful, friendly and approachable!

I was there for a nigh, the staff was extremely nice and helpful in any way, the room was OK, clean, the facility seems under a sort of renovation I guess so, it was ok for 1 night.

We were here for a hit and run definitely worth repeating. The structure is really beautiful. The interiors are simple and well structured. Very good breakfast, very full, indeed very full, even gluten-free and lactose-free foods which are an added bonus given that it is very difficult to find places with such a vast choice, even for those who are forced to meet these needs. Lastly, on the staff: everyone is kind, polite, welcoming and well prepared. Always ready to find a solution or simply give a smile, with so much kindness. In short, whoever takes care of this hotel does it down to the smallest details without neglecting anything. Congratulations to whoever it is

Hotel with poor hygiene, dirty bathroom with hair everywhere, breakfast is terrible, with moldy cakes... Products close to their expiry date, 80 euros per night... A steal! With this poor quality, I understand that there are almost no hotels in Latina, but this treatment for customers is not fair.

We had the worst New Year's Eve ever! Small and overcrowded place at an exorbitant price. We took the "table" or 2 small armchairs attached to the wall and two plastic tables that were constantly moved by the people on the track. Also at 3 they kicked us out..

We stayed here for 2 nights.. That same evening, arriving at around 9.10pm (after 6 hours of travel), we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant, informing us that the kitchen closed at 9.30pm. Leaving our bags in the room, we quickly head down. We sit at the table, order drinks, 2 starters and 2 first courses. I have salmon and octopus in the sauce, my partner has tomato pasta with buffalo mozzarella and fried chicken sticks. We are served the first courses, without even having brought us a drink or bread, when we asked for a drink we were told "yes... sorry... what did you order?". My cold salmon from the fridge, covered in oil and only the taste of vinegar, the pasta completely raw. The second courses were nothing exciting, sticks from the supermarket and some pieces of raw octopus. The same sleepless night, because construction work was being carried out next to the window. The bathroom was really bad, rust, dirt and limescale. The next morning breakfast was all in all discreet and plentiful with various buffet dishes, except that the dishes were not clean. Luckily the next night was quieter. Friendly and helpful staff

Hotel not far from the center, near a shopping area. Convenient internal parking, spacious and free. Room a little dated, especially the bathroom with tub (pay attention to the step), full of limescale. The continental buffet breakfast is excellent, rich and varied, with fresh and packaged products. One night's accommodation and off you go!

Nice 3-star hotel, close to both the sea and the main roads, excellent sweet and savory breakfast, standard, spacious rooms with small balcony, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, large car park adjacent to the structure

I had chosen this hotel only for a passing night but it was not a good experience. Maybe if you booked a little last minute they reserve the worst rooms for you. Patience for the lack of room facilities (fridge bar) but the cleanliness should go beyond the stars. Dust everywhere. It looked like it had never been cleaned. Previous guest's rubbish (empty water bottle and bathroom bin). Bathroom at the limit of decency. I didn't give a star only because of the courtesy of the reception staff who, upon our arrival, were understanding about a problem that we were then able to resolve. The breakfast without infamy and without praise. In short, for 100 euros I would say you expect much more. Or maybe we were just unlucky to "fish" for the worst room in the hotel.

Terrible! Staff at check in rude and unhelpful. Really dirty rooms, the headboard of the bed was full of dust. The television still had a decoder, absurd! There wasn't even a mini bar. The only positive note of the stay was the breakfast, with a vast quantity of products and the breakfast lady was helpful and polite. The price does not reflect the hotel services! Not recommended, change structure!
