It's a short walk from the subway station, and aside from being a little far from the city center, the overall stay was very comfortable. The room was a comfortable size, clean and tidy, and the toiletries were eco-friendly and environmentally friendly. The refrigerator provided a bottle of purified water and sparkling water. I later moved to a hotel closer to the attractions, but in terms of the stay experience, this was still the best. Lost items could be retrieved promptly. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

Good hotel based centrally in the EUR area of Rome with Metro station close by that allows easy access to the rest of Rome.

The Italian culture well known for its warm hospitality and great cuisine has been sadly replaced by a more westernized approach where time/efficiency becomes more important than serving with care and love the clients. The quality of breakfast was below average (not designed for foodies indeed). On a positive note, my room was recently renovated and very clean, which I appreciated. Thank you for the hospitality and for any effort provided by the staff, however the experience highly fell short of the standards typically associated with a four-star hotel.

The hotel is in a quiet location. The rooms have been renovated. It feels good. The breakfast is also good. The price is average. The only downside is that there is no parking lot. You can only find a spot nearby.
