Very convenient for short car ride to Marino station & train journey into Rome. Very friendly & helpful owner and the beds were comfy. There were 6 of us so we had the place to ourselves for 2 nights at the start of our holiday & 1 night at the end of holiday. We arrived about 11.30 pm after delayed flight, long wait for baggage pick up, and long wait for car hire. Antonella was waiting for us & made us very welcome. The place is rather run down & the kitchen is sparse & needs a really good cleaning. Rolls & jam were on the table when we arrived ready for the next morning's breakfast, but there was no breakfast on the second morning or the morning at the end of our holiday. It's OK for a couple of nights if you're eating out, but personally I would'nt go back.

Excellent position, the setting is very pleasant, in the natural environment. The establishment is located 30 minutes from Rome, in the area of Lake Albano, very close to Castel Ganfolifo. The room is very clean and spacious. The bed is super comfortable. Breakfast, prepared
by the host, is as well. The host is friendly and always available. I highly recommend this establishment!

Madam I escaped from her B and B without her realizing it. In the morning he did the "cleaning" in an empty room with no suitcase or anything. I paid her the second night anyway. But what are you complaining about? I don't care about getting to know people like her. Follow the rules of your work.

Excessive cost for a single night from 10pm to 8am the next day € 100, justifying it was Easter day.My girlfriend and I then decided to stay another night from an initial cost of € 80 required to 60 € making me feel that the prices were set at the moment and not already set.
Uncomfortable bed you sank into it.
€ 3 breakfast with mulino bianco tartlets, muffins, milk and coffee in a thermos.
When asked to turn on the heating we were told to use blankets.
We could not turn on the TV and at the request for help we were "tried" to explain how to turn it on without any intervention from them.
People talking loudly at 7am near the room.
There was no possibility of using a few bottles of water despite the fact that there was a large fridge.
The lady initially told us to leave the room at 8.00, hurrying us by explaining that she had some personal matters to attend to.
The most absurd thing remains the cost of 100 euros for a night in a structure without efficient services and a structure that is not proportionate to the cost.
I don't recommend it.

Beautiful place, well-kept and clean rooms, very kind and super helpful owner. Large well-kept garden, internal parking reserved for customers. He greeted us without great warning and out of hours, literally saving us because we were left on the street.
We will definitely be back with children as well
