The father was incredibly kind. The location was beautiful, right on the seafront; you feel like you're part of the family with the staff. The sea is clean, and especially the ability to swim right there is fantastic. A wonderful experience.

I've been spending short periods at this property for several years. From the splendid terrace, overlooking the sea, you can enjoy a magnificent view! A staircase leads to the sea in a small, picturesque cove. The management of this beautiful place is a sore point. Cleanliness is poor, rooms in need of a complete overhaul. Guest service is virtually nonexistent; even simple requests are met with a negative response. In the bathroom, there are only two small sachets of detergent, barely enough to wash your hands a couple of times! Two "friendly" pigeons also wander into the dining room where breakfast is served, with the consequences you can imagine. No cups for milk or coffee. Only recyclable cups, unsuitable for lattes, are available. Furthermore, they've raised the price by €10... It's a real shame there isn't someone up to the task! This property deserves to be enhanced by a capable person. I love Nervi, and next time I visit, I hope to be welcomed as a loyal guest deserves.

The fantastic location doesn't justify the lack of hospitality and the current inadequate management; it almost seems like a nuisance. Beautiful property, but neglected, with hot, almost dilapidated rooms. The spectacular terrace overlooking the sea was unenjoyable, however, as the gate that gave private access to the sea—the property's strong point (also rightly highlighted on the website)—was always padlocked, for various reasons... Complaints, even to the Bursar's office, were to no avail. Furthermore, we were denied use of the deckchairs that were available to guests in previous years. Breakfast was basic, with pre-packaged croissants from the vending machine; trays of fresh croissants were seen being passed around, but not for the guests... Dinner in the refectory (with plaster peeling off the walls everywhere), minimal self-service, with plastic tablecloths and cutlery, meager portions, only a first course and a choice of two second courses, including dark fish fingers. Our request to try two second courses was denied: it was either one or the other! Room cleaning is no longer daily, but every three days. In short, the service has significantly declined, but the prices have significantly increased! Great move!

I don't understand the negative reviews. The structure is a former college which is now a b&b. I stayed in a single room, small, but complete with the necessary: bed, desk, wardrobe and bathroom. Including towels, sheets and toiletries, discreet cleaning, perhaps to take care of slightly more. Nice view of Mt. The College is located in one of the most beautiful districts of Genoa, Nervi. The only things missing are a hairdryer and bidet. Actually, there is a faucet inside the toilet, but it made sense to use it. Good price in agreement with hospitals, which exempt from tourist tax.

Very bad experience. Very disappointing value for money. Dingy rooms, awful single beds, poor breakfast. Ligurian prices, low quality service. Nice location, but not worth it.

The only two positive notes of the structure are the soft and comfortable mattress and the sea view from the room due to the breathtaking location, a pure coincidence this. The rest is definitely to be rejected. Without expecting services or a luxury hotel structure, being little less than a hostel, a religious structure of this type, which has also raised prices, should renovate if for so many years it has also welcomed tourists in its rooms, which are: almost bare, with old furniture, without air conditioning and safe, humidity infiltrations on the ceiling in the bathroom, ants on the floor also in the bathroom. Another sore point was the breakfast, all packaged, not so much for the products available in the refectory, but for some of the servants of the structure who decided to move chairs and tables around us at that moment and noisily, even though we were eating, a deafening ****** that disturbed our meal. If it cost less, perhaps the review would be less controversial, but for the cost the offer (80€ a night for two) is very poor, I recommend it only if there are no free rooms nearby.

the location itself is not bad, however cleanliness is lacking (especially in the toilets). moreover, the school environments are poorly maintained (cracks, infiltrations, vulgar writing on the walls...). the teachers in most cases are CAPABLE but not very communicative, in several cases they are INCOMPETENT (in some cases even a mixture of dialects of their origin is not understandable).
