La Martinella Hotel in Neive

Unfortunately, my experience at this agriturismo was very negative.
The exterior is neglected, and it's unclear whether you're entering a private home or a guesthouse.
There are no clear signs indicating the various areas: "reception" / "rooms" / "parking."
The farmhouse where the rooms are located is pleasant and well-maintained, although access to the hallway is through a dilapidated door.
The bedroom, unfortunately, is the real sore point. Access to the room is through an internal door, with no security or soundproofing whatsoever.
The bedroom lacks shutters and curtains. Cooling is provided by a table fan propped up on a chair. The wardrobe has no doors, the television doesn't work because it's not connected to the external antenna, one of the two bedside lamps doesn't work because its batteries are flat, and there are several cobwebs on the ceiling.
The mattress was uncovered except for a thin sheet. Obviously, there's no refrigerator in the room.
The bathroom lacked shower gel and shampoo. The shower had no curtain or shower stall, so the bathroom flooded.
The curtains on the small bathroom window reached the floor and were dirty and worn. The toilet paper holder had only the empty roll, not the paper (which was then stored on a shelf).
We considered returning home and not staying there, but then travel fatigue won out.
The aperitif included in the Smartbox "A Thousand and One Nights of Magic" experience was a bottle of sweet Moscato, which I believe was their own, as it was unlabeled, and some sweet biscuits.
Breakfast was generous, though with average-quality products. We definitely won't be returning.
