Amazing Hotel in a beautiful building. Friendly staff and great breakfast. The rooms were quiet and dark and the beds very comfortable. We had a very good sleep and great stay.

This is a very nice hotel, probably the best five-star hotel in the area. The facilities and decor are excellent, and the location is great. I recommend staying here.

The hotel charge extra for swimming pool and parking, which was annoying as I found this hotel already expensive. Plus in my experience many Italian hotels give complementary snacks and drinking water. But here only natural drinking water was complimentary, the rest was part of mini bar, which you need to pay. Everything that can be ok if you are rich.

A very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable rooms and good soundproofing. Staff members are professional, polite, and always willing to help, which made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is convenient for sightseeing and daily activities, while still being quiet enough to relax. Facilities are well managed, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. Genoa is a very beautiful city. The hotel we booked on short notice was generally satisfactory. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. The breakfast was also quite rich. The hotel swimming pool requires reservations. It is charged.
